Had a package rerouted to this FedEx site since it required a signature and I wouldn’t be home. FedEx refused delivery and sent the package back to the sender.

This supposedly a 0 star. This branch is a complete rubbish, they lied about attempting to deliver my package twice which they didn't obviously as no one was there at the time they indicated it was delivered, cameras don't lie, our concierge at the apartment don't lie and I was at home the entire time. It gave me so much inconvenience as I had to pick it up all they to their branch. Also, their staff confirmed that it was not delivered as there was no note left or whatsoever. This is the worst experience I've had with Fedex.

I came in one evening to ship a Fedex envelope. I was told it would be $50. I was so confused because the last time I shipped it (from a nearby ship center that is actually great), it was $13. I asked why it was so expensive & if the associate was certain $50 was right. She said, "That's what it says one my screen. Why would I lie to you?" I never called her a liar... I felt that was an aggressive and unprofessional answer. I ended up leaving, went to a nearby ship center with the same package, & it was $13. Are you all gatekeeping Fedex One Rate? Are you training your employees that it's an option with the right packaging? Why are you hiring borderline aggressive employees that are looking for a fight lol... Super weird...

This Fedex location lies about visiting my apartment and not being able to reach to me for a package that requires indirect signature on delivery. They haven't left a notice and reached out to me about it. It happened twice already and my packages ended up being returned to sender.To give more information, I am living in an apartment complex with front desk that can accept packages and indirect signature requirement means that it can be signed and received by them. Moreover I am working from home and I have been in my apartment at all times during their so called delivery attempts. Hence I am saying it is a lie.Not to mention that there were no notices(like a paper on the door) about the failed attempts on my door or anywhere else.Haven't had such issue with other postal/parcel services nor any other Fedex location other than this Herndon location. The fact that I am writing a review about a parcel service should say how frustrated I am with how horrible they are.

Literally the worst service possible. Drivers lie and claim they attempt delivery when they don't. They tell you the package will be available to pick up at a certain time, yet when you arrive to pick up the package it isn't available. Would give zero stars if possible.

If I could I'd give no star. They say they deliver but they leave it at the end of the driveway (paved, wide, shared by 4 houses) on the public street jammed between postboxes. Somehow UPS, Amazon, Schwan, and every other delivery truck can easily drive up the driveway but not FedEx? Really? And getting hold of customer service is a joke. No wonder the drivers don't worry about giving worse than horrendous service!

I was waiting on a important package to get deliver 12/7/22 I understand things happen and got delayed to be deliver today 12/8/22, so I requested to be hold at this herndon va location since i really needed the package no later than 2pm, been monitoring the package and been calling the customer service phone number since this location does not have direct phone number requests has been input to hold I call and check with the customer service what's the status stated that the package just arrived at the herndon facilit, I told the customer service to make sure to put a note that I will pick up the package drove 35mins got there at 12:44pm they said they dont have the package stating that the driver had left I was furiou, crying my eyes out due to exhaustion of dealing with them since 7am and told me I can pick it up in 20 mins max on the next destination which Liberia Manassas va got at the location until know at 4:18pm I have not yet received the package so right now we don't have a present to give to our boss on the day we are having our holiday party what this has been the worst experience I have ever experienced if I could give this place a rating will be the worst of the worst ever. Horrible service

Great location, big facility with verity of packaging items that you may need for your shipment. The counter clerk was nice. He helped answer all my questions and took care of my package which contained a passport and other official documents.Since there is construction going on in RTC, it was hard to find the door. But I eventually found it.

This location overcharges on shipping and does not allow for the employees to use FedEx onerate even though FedEx advertises it and it's available on there screen. The employees here have zero management or at least they say they don't and would not get assistance when asked. This is the worst, why does FedEx allow this!

Twice I've used this particular location when ordering live fish and both times they've failed to deliver on overnight service.. Additionally, I didn't click the button that a signature would be required yet they chose not to leave the package each time and despite me being home I never heard a knock at the door or any of my three dogs going nuts which they do even when someone arrives at my neighbors.. The driver didn't even stop by?!

these people are completely incompetent, rude, inconsiderate, and all should be fired!!!!! this place is an absolute disgrace. the manager, nicole dietrich, should be fired and never allowed to work again

This is a Walgreens not a fedex. Don't waste your time. Phone number on file is not for this location. I'm tried of talking to automated systems.

Recently came to drop off a return, employee says they don't scan QR code's when it clearly it says that what they are supposed to do on their website, all he said was "we got a memo" from the company telling us not to scan return QR codes. Hope someone from corporate sees this and fixes it.
