I moved down the street from this Giant last June. I go once or twice a week, mostly in-store but will do curbside too. The curbside service is always phenomenal. They're polite and quick and my groceries are packed perfectly. It's great service no matter what but I do have to say that Audrey is the best and is really good at her job. But the reason for three stars is every time I go to a cashier to check out, and I mean every time, the cashiers talk amongst each other the entire time they're ringing me up. It really boggles my mind. It's a younger generation and I guess they just don't see me how it's poor service and unprofessional. Employees out on the floor are usually helpful and friendly.

The self checkout manager with glasses is not great. Literally had less than 20 items in my cart and he’s like no go to a different line. Pushing our cart back and we’re telling him we were paying separately even then it was less than 20 items. When I told him he can count it he’s like no right cause your WRONGGG. He gets mad stalks us when we are checking out. He had nerve to scan most of our items and throws them at me. I don’t understand what was the issue. I thought it was a self check out line why is he scanning items for customers. Please customer service skills are important if you would’ve nicely said it yeah maybe but don’t initially be RUDE and expect me to comply.

I’ve been using the grocery pick up option since the pandemic. I would like to say that the team supporting this option is awesome. I would like to recognize Audrey, who is part of this team. She is so helpful and always polite and kind. If there’s any issues with something, she always has a solution. She is prompt and keeps things moving. She’s a pleasure to work with.

I dislike this Giant location. The vibe and staff are not pleasant or even cordial in any way, and I understand.My experience with managers and supervisors at this location has never been a good one. So I just drive further to Franklin Farm. Nicer and much better attitudes and the complete opposite of this sad location.

I'm not sure what happened to Giant. It used to be of such better quality! Now it feels like a Hoarder store. Get it cleaned and organized please.

KIARA, cashier duty is to also put customer groceries in the bags. Customer might bring their own bags but it’s still your job to put items away. We pay for plastic bags as a law state yes but it doesnt mean that part of your job is now customer’s if they bring their own reusable bags.

Not sure if it is Giant's culture to make customer help themselves in packing groceries at cashier-check out or the staff neglect part of their jobs. Never have this problem with other grocery stores ... so i had to ask.

I’m an out of towner and it was fun visiting a new store. The staff was super friendly and helpful, even having a nice small talk chat with me. I found some really good sale items too! I’ll be back.

Giant Food has taken over from Shopper's Food. The store provides a wide variety of fruits, vegetables, meats, snacks, beers and wines.Customer Service is awesome and everything looks fresh and clean. If you need household items this is the place to shop

I visited this location on my lunch break on 9/21/2023. I stood at the customer service counter and waited for abt 5 minutes. I noticed two associates who saw me at the counter but ignored me and continued to talk to each other. Katherine and Heather. Heather eventually made her way over to me. She never apologized for my 5 minute wait while she and Katherine chatted about a car accident. She assisted me with a money order. When I extended my hand out for my change, she placed the change on the counter. This was my first time here and will be my last. Customer service is definitely not a priority at this Giant location.

I loved this grocery store. They had so many discounts on food and sundry items I needed and their produce and bakery dept.’s were amazing. Their prices were terrific as well. Definitely my go to grocery store while I am in the Dulles area.
