Best Giant pharmacy in the area- notably much better than Greenbriar. Really grateful for Logan's help and expertise. Also, Wilbur the pharmacy tech was nice and helped me quickly.

I have only wonderful things to say about this Franklin Farm pharmacy. The pharmacists have always gone out of their way to help me get the medications I need and the specific brand that works best for my chronic medical condition. It is easy to walk back to, is located in a quieter part of Giant, and there are plenty of chairs to sit in if you have to wait. Everyone has been kind and helpful. I switched all my scripts to this Giant because I think it is the best pharmacy around!

Not sure why this pharmacy has so many negative reviews! They are always kind, considerate and efficient when I interact with them. The first time I got an rx filled with them, the pharmacist went above and beyond to try to help me find a coupon. Would definitely recommend them!

Probably the worst run pharmacy in northern va. The pharmacy manager is awful and does not care except to mention she is always short staffed. I get that but on top of that she is rude to the customers, work does not get done as it comes in. Ive twice had medications called in the previous day during early times and they were not filled until the next day when I showed up to the pharmacy. I have worked and been a pharmacy manager for years and I can say with certainty that I would not have a job if I ever acted in this manner. Not sure what Giant is thinking but the reviews speak for themselves. I have also now put in a complaint with the board of pharmacy for numerous violations at the store.

Good location and very good store . Good parking facilities. They have very good/fresh veggies and fruits .. they also have other household items . They have bakery items ... breads / bagels etc... a little pricey but good for one time shopping . I was visiting Herndon and went to this shop. Liked it overall ...

Made an appointment (5:45pm & 6pm) flu shots. It is now 6:28pm and I and my daughter just received the shots. There are 2 people working the pharmacy. I ask why make an appointment if you are not going to honor the appointment and the response was “I know, we are backed up with RXs”. Don’t go to this location. Unsatisfactory service!!!
