I've been a GNC customer for years. Anytime I need a supplement, protein bar or powder, Levi is very helpful. Just recently I needed protein powder with no to very low calcium. He gave me 5 options to choose from and assisted by doing some label reading with me. I found what I needed and am very happy.

I’ve been shopping at the GNC store for the past three months, and my experience has consistently been exceptional, thanks to Leva. From my very first visit, Leva has been incredibly calm, kind, and interactive. He always takes the time to ensure I’m happy with my purchases before I leave the store.
Leva’s customer service skills are top-notch.
His genuine care and attention to detail make every shopping experience pleasant and stress-free.
The store itself is clean, well-organized, and stocked with a wide variety of products. It’s clear that the staff, especially Leva, take pride in maintaining a welcoming and professional environment.
I would love to see Leva get a well-deserved raise or promotion. His dedication and excellent service truly set this GNC store apart. Highly recommend!

GNC mailed me expired product and in its return policy, list this place as one of the return spot. The cashier in the store refused to do so and told me he does not know what to do in a rude manner, even though I showed him order confirmation and explained to him the gnc policy, which he should have been familiar with.The cashier is either too incompetent for this job or he don’t have enough ownership to practice the gnc policy. It is a horrible experience and definitely not recommend this place to anyone.

Will not be coming back here …I believe his name was Levi? His tone of voice and actions was rude and racist in my opinion save your time and go to vitamin shoppe!

Consistently good selection and availability of products. Can't say enough good things about the manager Levi. He is ALWAYS polite, helpful and accommodating. Wish more of the GNC staff at other stores were like him!

This place is fantastic. The manager Levi is super helpful and very knowledgeable. The establishment is always inviting and no one ever judges if you don’t know much about supplements and the staff is very nice. Highly recommend stopping by whenever you need anything.

This is a good store but I usually go to this one over dulles or Ashburn bc of Levi the manager. Very knowledgeable and gives good advice.

Terrible experience, the manager/cashier Levi, is extremely rude and dismissive, we went in twice and had terrible experiences with him both times there. He was impatient and rude to my mom who is an immigrant and has an accent. It felt very racially charged and I will not stand this racist treatment and would never recommend anyone go here or that Levi work in costumer service ever again. It felt very racially motivated due to the fact that we did see him interact with white costumers and joke and laugh with them, no rude interactions were had there. I have worked in costumer service also, I understand it can be a stressful environment, however I have never treated a customer the way he treated me and my mom. I’m disappointed with this establishment and these experiences.

The staff here are knowledgeable with all their inventory and products. They offer me options and have good deals. I enjoy coming here routinely after the gym.

At approximately 1245 on Sep 28th, I walked into the GNC store located in the Clocktower shopping center, Herndon VA. The lone employee was on his phone the entire time, was not helpful and only gave a one word answer when I asked a question. Very poor customer service that I certainly did not expect. He showed absolutely no interest in working or helping out that day. At no time did he look up from his phone.
