shopping here is an extremely loud and stressful experience. the store is very busy and there are usually children running around making a mess. large inventory but shelves are often cluttered and difficult to sort due to overcrowding. prices are a mixed bag. cashiers are painfully slow and the checkout line can be appalling. at least some employees are very friendly!cashier would not sell my friend an inflatable football because some other hooligan took the price sticker off. They said it needed to be "repriced" and took it to the back room. I understand the policy for furniture or collectible items but its a darn football we wanted to go toss in the park.

Christmas Eve 2023, Herndon Goodwill. I was denied to buy a science book and a pair of winter boots for my 5 year old daughter. They said no tag and were too lazy to tag it. Just shameful, Badwill. Simply shameful.

Do not come here, after donating 5 bags of clothes to them, I went inside to purchase toys for my children & the staff was super rude! One of the employees called me son crazy (he is only 3 years old) my son did nothing but run to me. If you don’t like children do not sell toys I was in the store for less than 5 minutes total and was in line to buy the toy when this happened. A guy who claimed to be the manager made matters worse instead of talking to his employee and correcting her. I will not donate here again, plus the obvious smell of urine in the store is disgusting.

Was there yesterday to look for some fall sweaters etc. The whole place smelled like urine, especially back near the furniture. A good portion of the clothes were clearly very dirty as well. Disappointed as I've been here many times before and have never experienced this. The smell was so bad I couldn't stay for more than a few minutes.

I purchased a large sheet yesterday only to discover very clear and obvious bed bug stains when I unfolded it. It might not have been intentional, but the stains could not be seen on the outer areas and I didn’t unfold the entire thing. Now I wish I had. I didn’t think they would put something like this on the sales floor. I threw it away- I’m not risking anything by trying to get a refund for it. I won’t be returning here.

Huge location. Very organized with a large inventory. We found several excellent deals. A lambskin leather jacket for about $15 and a brand-name rolling computer bag that would normally cost hundreds of dollars for a mere $10. I'd been looking for one for months and hadn't found anything I wanted to afford. This suited me perfectly. It was not busy. Excellent location. Eady to park. I've been bringing donations to this location for about 15 years but never went in. Now I know better.

The cashier need more training. Insist to charge a rain jacket as a coat when I complain he said rudely "this is America, it's called a coat in America". Well I can tell for sure, it's a rain jacket, it's thin, light and waist length, definitely not a coat! I bought it anyway because it's Columbia brand rain jacket.

Deceptively big, and extremely well organized! So many clothes, HomeGoods, and furniture to choose from. I was specifically looking for patio furniture and didn’t find what I needed but had a good time walking around and looking at all the inventory.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Although it didn't look ridiculously busy, they were out of shopping carts when I got there. There were, however, numerous and baskets. Shoes nicely organized by color. Clothes in just about every category had gotten a bit jumbled size-wise.Restroom had a touchless soap dispenser, which was much appreciated, but otherwise had multiple issues, some rather gross, and is way overdue for repair/renovation.

The WORST store not because of the merchandise but because of the horrible manager and cashier with an attitude. I tried to buy a lamp shade but the tag fell off en route to the cashier. I told cashier I would get the price tag which was on the floor. When I took it to her, she wagged her finger at me like I was switching tags. I walked out feeling insulted but decided to go back and speak to the manager. All other lamp shades in the store were 4.99 but she refused to sell it to me saying that it was store policy not to sell items without a price tag. I would understand IF it was a speciality item or an expensive item but knowing that all the lamp shades in the store are 4.99, the item still has to go back to the warehouse to be priced? Why is the manager there if she can’t make a decision based on rational thinking? Obviously she lacks the skills to be a manager anywhere. In addition, the cashier needs to learn some customer service skills, not surprised knowing lack of good management at this location.

I went to the bathroom and a man got there a little after me and let out a noise to me? I assumed he also had to go, so I said sorry. I was on my period, usually I would’ve just let him go before me. As I’m using the bathroom I hear small noises and THE HANDLE IS SHAKING. This man was trying to come into the bathroom as I’m using it???!! And he was knocking on the door too. I said “hello?” No response. As I finish washing my hands, I hear another louder knock and reply with a louder “hello” and I open the door as the lady (an employee) who had knocked walked away. The man is still standing there. I walk out confused AF and just leave, and then I notice he didn’t even go in the bathroom after I got out??? Super unsettling. Won’t be returning. Also, this could’ve been avoided if they would just open up the second bathroom which they keep locked

Very friendly staff and wide selection! Items are constantly being stocked on the floor as you shop. Sometimes the checkout line gets long, but everyone is trying their best.

Nice place to just check things out. Hard working people. Lots of people with limited budget shop. Very nice about accepting donations and they always say thank you. Some comments on this store is unfair. It is a good will store, not sure if some think they are going to Macys or some fancy shop. Economy is not great, we should support the store so others with limited budget who want to live with honer and respect can have more choices. Thank you Goodwill for providing choice and a place to come on Sunday afternoon.
