Highly recommend Offenbachers and especially the salesperson Rosanne Tsantes working in the Herndon store. We purchased a swim spa there, and Rosanne was very friendly and helpful from the beginning through well after delivery when I had more questions. They were very easy to work with, and stand by their product.

I have an 18 year old Caldera Niagara that stopped working. Dave from Offenbachers quickly resolved the issue at a very good price. He also showed me some things to watch in order to keep the spa running smoothly. This is not the first or last time I will use Offenbachers.
