My family has been going to Jireh tax services for years, Don Luis is amazing, always so happy to see us & presented great service and very knowledgeable. Unfortunately, this last experience was terrible, I had an appointment, waited 1 hour in the waiting area since my appt time and still nobody informed me that it was going to take hours to receive me, until I approached the desk asking how much longer. A phone call or at check in would have been great way to inform me the systems were down earlier during the day & I would have just rescheduled with no problem if it was better for their services & not waisted my time. Great communication would have been best.

My experience at Jireh Tax Accounting Services was nothing but excellent. Walter Rodriguez and Rosie Garcia have great customer service, knowledgeable and efficient. They answered all of our questions and concerns which made our experience a pleasant one. In addition, they speak Spanish which is a plus for the Latin community. I would highly recommend Jireh Tax Accounting Services.

Kneat, clean, tidy, organized office. Friendly, polite, and supportive staff. Can't pass but, appreciate their fast service or the speed in which they get your case done and also their credibility. Very brief and supportive when explaining and solving issues. I always come only here to get my taxes done.
