I have a very good experience with the store, Ms. Sadaf greeted us with a smile as we entered the store and showed us all the mattresses patiently and answered all the questions. She pointed us to the right mattress based our our health requirements and budget. She let us try the adjustable bases for different mattresses. We took couple hours to decide and purchase, Ms. Sadaf was very patient and we are very grateful and thankful that she helped us to choose the right mattress that fit our comfort needs and budget. I highly recommend this store and recommend to speak with Ms.Sadaf as she is very knowledgeable in getting the right fit as well as tech savvy when it comes to different payment options. They also have 120 days free returns and exchanges. So we highly recommend visiting this store.

Mattress is great. Delivery drivers and customer service was awful.
The night prior I was contacted with a delivery window for my mattress between 1pm and 4pm. The next morning at 10:52 am I received a text stating the delivery would arrive in 17 minutes, well before the 1pm time I was told. I had my son that morning and I planned my day around the aforementioned delivery window. At 10:55 am I spoke with a customer service representative and told him the earliest I could receive the mattress was 1pm. He understood and told me there would be no problems with that. At 11:03 am I received a call from the driver stating he was at my house. I told him I would not be available until 1 pm to which he responded that he’d be waiting outside of my house. I called the customer service representative back and told him I was uncomfortable with the drivers just waiting outside of my house. I arrived at my house with my 6 month old son and dog at 11:17 am, and as I am trying to get my dog in the house and my son out of his stroller, the delivery truck comes to a stop right outside my house trying to unload the mattress. This time I sternly told the driver I was not ready to receive it as I clearly had my hands full. This whole process has made it seem like they are pushing me to meet a timeline that wasn’t even the agreed upon timeline. It is extremely frustrating and shows poor customer service. At this rate I will not be buying from, nor recommending mattress warehouse to anyone I know.

Great experience with Sadaf at Mattress Warehouse! We haven’t bought a mattress in 10+ years and Sadaf walked us through all of our options and the benefits of each. She also gave us a demo of the adjustable base on multiple mattresses and really gave us the full experience. She also gave us information on their exchange policy in case we tried the bed at home and decided to switch mattresses after purchase. Great experience, thank you!
