Stopped here to get some gas and noticed that they did inspections. Walked over to see what their hours were and overheard a man getting a bit snippy with one of his customers was there for an inspection. Change my mind about getting my own inspection done there.

Mr. Mohy-Eldin Ameen is above and beyond and the Mechanic the white gentleman who fixed my car I do not know his name did a fantastic job. My car after getting it fixed felt like brand new. These guys are really awesome and very courteous people at this Gas Station. I highly recommend them for fixing your vehicle issues. Thanks a lot for your help you did for me. ???

Excellent Service
The service was great, and excellent manager Mr. AMIN and the professional, experienced mechanic with perfection work Mr.VU, both of them very pleasant to work with, they are very helpful and do the atmost to make the customer happy. I highly recommend this location as long as these guys are there.

Took my new car to them for inspection and emissions testing. Car had driver door paint damage after they were done. Never again! I did not bother contacting them though I do have pics because I doubt they will take responsibility. Now, I will figure out how to best restore the car. I have been doing inspections in VA since 2000 and never had any car damaged until now.

Rude. First time here and the front counter didn't acknowledge when I was waiting directly in front of them to ask about inspection. Dismissive when they finally acknowledged I was there. Taking my car elsewhere.

Don’t go here for inspections. I’m brand new to the area I was literally waiting in line for nearly 2 hours only for the guy to tell me he thinks the suspension on my car is too low.It’s a factory tuned sports suspension…so I guess all these cars ain’t passing across the state huh?Never had this issue anywhere in Virginia.The fact they take 30-40 mins to inspect a car is also insane. Save yourself some time, go somewhere else.Edit: Ended up going to the dealership. No surprise: They passed the car. I asked them if this was normal and they told me that some inspectors don’t fully understand the regulation and would rather reject than have an issue later down the road which is actually understandable.However, that means you could actually be completely legit and fail due to someone’s interpretation which is clearly a waste of time for everyone.

I took my car to get new front brake pads and rotors the week of 7/17. Upon picking up my car, I notice the back right tire was completely flat. I addressed this with the Manager (Ameen), who told me he had nobody available, and instead of addressing the issue he abruptly left the shop. I waited around for 30 minutes, and then went around back to find a mechanic myself. A kind gentlemen took a look at my car, and found a screw in the tire and an identical one nearby my car in the shop’s lot. He then “plugged” the tire and sent me on my way. I left a message for the shop owner for when he returned. When I talked to him a couple of days later he refused to take responsibility, regardless of the fact that it was a new tire with less than 5K miles, that he left it to me to get someone to fix the tire, and that the tire was damaged on his property.I’ve been a loyal customer of this shop for over 5 years, and am disappointed I have to take my business elsewhere now that Josh (the former shop manager) is gone. I encourage others to reconsider continuing to bring their cars here in light of the management change.

STAY AWAY. After getting an emissions test I sat in my car and there was this plug on the seat. I asked the inspector if it was his. He hesitated, said yes, and took it. Around 15 minutes later my friend calls to tell me he is coming by to get an ODBII reader he left plugged into my car from a couple days ago. Turned out the device that the inspector told me, to my face, was his was my friends device. I went back and the manager said there was no way to contact the inspector until Monday. I told my friend what happened and he wanted it back. It took him several calls, and a threat to report the inspection station to the state, in order to get the station to look into it. The manager was now able to get in touch with the inspector and my friend was able to get his device back. Instead of apologizing for a misunderstanding, or simply getting the device back, they tried to call me a liar and, ultimately, told me never to come back for an inspection again. If the management will, so ardently, support one employee taking advantage of a customer's ( my ) ignorance, you can bet they have, are, and will be taking advantage of other customers as well.
