“Great selection of plants! Love the cactus and succulent varieties available. I always get my annual mulch haul from here, and I really recommend it. The plant clinic has been especially helpful and efficient in solving some issues with my rose garden.
Cashier staff can be a bit rude and prickly, but the garden center quality makes up for it!”

“We recently had Meadows Farms completely remove our old landscaping and install new shrubs, a tree, sod, and new edging stones. We could not be happier with the results! The entire project came out exactly as we envisioned, and the transformation to the front yard is incredible.
A huge shout out to Carolyn, who did an amazing job designing the project and helping bring our vision to life. She was thoughtful, professional, and wonderful to work with throughout the process.
The installation crew was also fantastic — they worked incredibly hard and completed the entire project in just one day. The attention to detail and efficiency were impressive.

“Saw the sign advertising “Bonsai” while driving towards DC and so glad I was able to stop by! This place has a beautiful selection of exotic plants, I’ve never seen anything like this before! I have been wanting a bonsai for a long time and so glad I found this hidden gem! I was in DC for business and had to fly back with my plant to Minnesota. The owner was very helpful and gave me a box to carry the plant in! He also provided care instructions and helped me pick out a bonsai. They have great pricing and a great selection of plants. I would highly recommend purchasing from them!”

“I went to this location in Ashburn today and had one of the best experinces ever in a Home Depot. I was greeted by two very pleasant employees at the cashier by the door (Omar and Jayne). They were super kind and asked me if I need any help. I asked them few questions about lumbar items and they called a lumbar expert for me immediately to ensure I am helped promptly and properly. The lumbar specialist was super amazing and as friendly and pleasant as Omar and Jayne. His name was Robert! Robert was truely a Lumbar department expert and helped me find the product that best suit my needs. He cut the product for me in a very seamless fashion. I have never had such an experince in a Home Depot before and I couldnt hold myself from leaving this review. The entire staff at this location must be amazing I am sure since the encounter with these three employees was such a high standard. Thank you for being so honest to your work and customers!”

“I rented an equipment today from the Home Depot Tool Rental in Ashburn, and I had an excellent experience thanks to Aran. Even though he was clearly short-staffed and handling multiple customers, he still took the time to work with me one-on-one and made sure I fully understood everything.
Aran was extremely patient and thorough in explaining how to use the equipment, especially when it came to safety. He didn’t rush through anything and made sure I was comfortable and confident before leaving. That level of attention and care is rare, especially when someone is busy.
What really stood out was his professionalism and willingness to help despite the workload. He stayed calm, answered all my questions clearly, and made himself available if I needed help later. That kind of customer service makes a big difference.
Overall, this was a 5-star experience. Aran is knowledgeable, dedicated, and truly goes above and beyond for customers. I would absolutely recommend renting from this location because of him.”

“I visited here to rent a larger tool that's not available at other, closer, Home Depots and Ryan went above and beyond to help make sure I had the best experience possible. He recommended considering a box truck with a built in, less steep ramp to take the 350+ lb tool rather than the pickup and detachable ramp with a much steeper incline that I had originally reserved. When he showed me the difference he was absolutely right and it made things so much easier on me when loading and unloading. Then he showed me how to secure it in the truck, educated me on how it worked, and got me on my way while making sure I had everything I needed. All while assisting his coworkers and a computer down. When I returned the machine and truck later the employees were surprised I'd been able to handle it so easily and I put that down to Ryan preparing me when he so easily could have just waved me on my way. I would absolutely rent from here again, especially with Ryan at the desk.”

She goes beyond the call of duty. The delivery people were great made sure that it would fit properly and explained everything I needed to do.”

He walked me through the pros and cons, made recommendations, and helped me spend $1200. I was so relieved to have professional help. He was very knowledgeable about the products and professional.
