I had the best experience at Phone Doctor in repairing my Galaxy cell phone. Quick, efficient, honest and with customer service that convinced me to continue supporting this local, community store. I spoke with Amin who provided suggestions in case I wanted to upgrade my cell phone without pressure and full transparency as to what I would get for the price value I was looking for. I also was helped by Brittany and Clara who both made my repair fast and with a quote that remained true an estimate time needed and price of the repair. I highly recommend stopping by for all questions and repairs. It's rare to find a local business that not only claims integrity, excellent customer service and quality products but that actually shows up committing to that standard by giving you exactly that. I do not recommend it, they are truly bad. We put the screen on the phone, we paid 300 dollars, they gave a month's warranty and after the month the screen was completely damaged. I do not recommend it.

This place is so easy to work with! I‘ve had a couple of screen replacements here over the years. The service is fast, reasonably priced, and flawless. My phone was acting a little weird after the last screen replacement and they fixed it no problem.

My phone crashed and will not turn on. A company said that my motherboard crashed so in order retrieve all my data, I would need to get to a data recovery store.i checked places like bestbuy, microcenter, ubreakifix and the are overpriced. Phone doctor in Herndon was able to retrieve all my phone data.

These are the nicest people! My iPhone apps would not open and could not get a hard restart to work. For $49 they resolved the problem in less than an hour. Customer for life!

What’s not to like about this place?! I keep coming back because the prices are better, and they tell you the truth. I just bought my 2nd phone mount for my car dashboard there, and have been in to see them multiple times before. Dependable, quick and friendly service—they really know their stuff!

Was told my iphone was unfixable by UBreakIFix, Best Buy, and Apple Store. This place fixed my screen in minutes at a fraction of the price, saving me almost $1,200 on a new phone. Thank you! I got a replacement charger port here and now it’s not working less than 6 months later. Also my Apple car play stopped working after getting the replacement charger port. I would not recommend this shop. They clearly don’t make good repairs.

Fixed the screen on my iphone. Chatges $120! The bottom of the screen slowly stopped working (this is where the original crack was) . Phone went back into otterbox. Screen broke once in 5 years in this same box. Then after a few months, phone fell and boom. Screen turned into bright green lines...overcharged for a job almost well done

If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. Amazing workers, excellent customer service, very informal and they will let you know what exactly needs to be fixed in your phone. Will be recommending them to my friends
