JUNK! Charged $38 for a sloppy gel manicure. And it took a whole HOUR!
Update: I developed a fungal infection on my pinky and require anti fungal medication

Had a great pedicure with a lot of attention to detail. Price was great too. Will definitely be back. Kind of a no frills spot, no extras like tea or things like that, but still had great experience.

Eyebrows. Worst eyebrow treatment ever. Left with wax in both eyebrows and a mess. I'll have to clean up myself which defeats the purpose. First time using this place and last. Not sure how you can mess this up but she did.Service: Facial treatments

I would give zero stars if i could, the lady did not know how to do the work i came in for, did the work improperly, filed my skin open and claimed it was all because my nails were too short but not once did she say this before the appointment. None of the equipment was clean, sanitized or new in package. She had a box of used files that she used interchangeably.. absolutely disgusting.

Loyal customer during our 27 years in Franklin Farm. Prior to moving out of the area, I stopped by and spoke to the technician in charge. We were having to move rather quickly and my certificates accidentally got packed. I couldn't put my hands on them. I was inquiring about a replacement. I was told I have to speak to the owner's wife, who has no set schedule. Never caught her there prior to our move 60 miles away. Fast forward a few months and I have the certificates in hand next time I travel back to the area. I inquire about services for myself and about using the certificates. After a bit of a wait, the technician in charge called the owner - even put me on the phone with her. I identified myself to her. She's known me for a very long time. I had $182 total in 2 certificates that had expired 29 days earlier and she said they could honor half. I frequented this business for many years. My loyalty to them was matched with their greed. Technicians are fantastic. Very clean, professional establishment. Top notch services. Owner is all about the money and his wife is rarely present.
