Worst service ! Never improve !I complain to the manage as well . Didn’t work . Worst worst bank . The cashier is the very worst guy .I came for the change and waited in the drive through for about 30 min. I asked some quarters , dimes and nickles . He told me he can’t give from drive through . All other banks give it easily . This bank management doesn’t care about the customer at all .

Just went there with a legitimate check issued by their bank and couldn't cash it because I didn't have TWO forms of ID. TWO? SERIOUSLY? WHATS NEXT 3? MAYBE 4? Unbelievable that I went there with a check issued by them and needed two forms of ID. Pathetic and I will never do business with them again. Went next door and got the check cashed no problem. Thanks capital one! A real bank. Take notes PNC.

I went to PNC Bank located off Elden Street in Herndon, VA because their one of few PNC Banks that open at 9 a.m. In addition, this location is full-service, which is convenient for both PNC customers and non-customers. This particular branch is very clean from outside the parking lot and the inside is also very clean, modern looking as well. As I entered the bank I was created by a young lady who smoked and made eye contact upon approaching her station. She was very polite and helpful. The tellers are very nice, polite and professional too. I even had an opportunity to meet the bank manager, who went out of her way to assist me even though I was part two people in line. I have to admit it was a pleasant surprise because there was really no line this early in the morning; however, this is the environment that PNC offers is clients. So, I can see myself visiting this branch many more times because they're efficient and engaging.

The staff are always friendly and helpful, and if they can't accommodate a specific request at that time, they will offer suggestions or a way to help in the future. Definitely better service than at most PNC locations!

Ignore the bad reviews: A lot of people don't understand that they can't overdraft an account for free and leave bad reviews. The reality? I use my bank a LOT. I run businesses, manage my whole family finances, and take advantage of a lot of the nuanced services that local banks offer. This PNC location is clean, respectful, and well-managed. The staff is courteous and professional. They have a thorough understanding of all of the products that they offer. They're willing to sit down and explain anything to you. And if you need something special, they're usually willing to accommodate. I do not know what more you could possibly expect from a local bank.

Opened a corporate account in 45 minutes, something that my old bank and it's inaccessible branch manager couldn't do in a week of back-and-forth form filling a d confused employees acting as her proxy.The PNC branch manager (Parween) checkedin to make sure that everything was happening smoothly (which it was), and the consultant helping me (Elena) went out of her way to solve several problems that could have held up the process.

If I could give this location and bank in general, ESPECIALLY the branch manager less than 1 Star then I would!! My boyfriend and I went into this location today to try and address some issues that PNC had placed on the account. These are issues we have been dealing for with for the upwards of a year and PNC in general is not even wanting to address (on branch level). We have been to this specific location now 3 times- the first 2 we were told a supervisor would contact us- of which we never received... then this time we actually met with the supervisor. WHAT A JOKE?!? I now completely understand why we never received a call and honestly glad we didn’t. This lady was RUDE- and that is addressing her nicely. The VP Branch Manager at this location is a lady by the name of Parween Maksudi. When we first arrived and asked to speak to a supervisor we were instantly greeted rudely and taken back to a room in the back of the branch. Once we got seated in the room Parween “asked” what the issue was but NEVER let us actually tell her. She immediately went into how “she couldn’t do anything about it” - never mind the fact that PNCs escalation department are the ones that specifically told us ONLY branches can assist with virtual wallet accounts. So she not only continues to interrupt the entire time we are in this back office, but she was raising her voice at us and at one point looked directly at me and said “why are you speaking?” Because this is my boyfriends account- and he was present and we were both speaking to this lady TRYING to explain the issue. I spoke up when she kept cutting off my boyfriend and not letting him speak. We ended up leaving with nothing addressed and still being given the run around and very angry at the customer service we were given. I 100% will NEVER EVER use this branch again and my boyfriend will be closing all his accounts and loans. If you want a bank that cares when they are in error and wants to make it right then PNC is not the bank for you. If you want a bank that has even decent customer service and treats you like a human then PNC is not the bank for you. Why Parween Maksudi even has a job at this branch is beyond me - she truly brings a whole new meaning to horrible customer service.

The worst PNC Bank Branch in Northern Virginia; the staff are rude and unprofessional. I made a cash deposit for my wife through the ATM. I forgot to retrieve the ATM card, and came back before I left the parking. The ATM kept the card after printed the deposit receipt. I reported to branch staff and provided my Driver license after requested. I was told to bring my wife. They said she is the only one who can retrieve the card. That's a waste of my time?
