This is a GREAT place! I’ve been coming here for years and they always do a great job and are super friendly. I brought them my favorite white winter coat this week that I was pretty sure was stained beyond help - make-up, dirt, all kinds of stuff. I was going to throw it out but I love the coat so thought it was worth a try to see if they could get the worst of the stains out so I could use it a little longer. It looks BRAND NEW! They got literally every stain out! They are masters here!

I love Pride Cleaners. Very professional staff who are also very nice every time I come in. My suits and shirts are always drycleaned perfectly. If I need a suit cleaned quickly, they have always been able to expedite it. Just great service. Thank you for being such a great cleaners!

Extremely nice staff. I have been pleased with services thus far...dry cleaning of a dress and hemming of two pairs of pants. I felt like alterations charges were a little high...$20 per pair. I referred my daughter to this business and was INCREDIBLY disappointed by how much she was charged for alterations...even higher prices...DOUBLE for hemming! I will no longer be referring anyone here.

I utilize this cleaner on a regular basis. They have regular staff and remember their customers. I do not need to give my phone number, they know it and as I'm walking across the parking lot they pull up my account and have my pickup ready and they are ready to take in new items. I do find the prices above the norm, and there's never a special or discount coupons.. but it is convenient, and the staff is so nice.

I am super pleased with my experience here. Joseph went above and beyond to make sure that not only my issues were resolved but also that I left completely satisfied. For example, I had a bunch of stuff that needed dry cleaning, altering and serious stain removal. I discussed with him the stain removal possibilities on my dress shirts as they seemed beyond salvaging, however, he said he would give it a shot and thinks he could save them instead of me having to throw them out. Turns out he did save them and turned them into good as new! Gave me a great deal on it too! Anytime I come back to visit my parents that live near by I will be sure to come back to him with my dry cleaning and alterations. On top of the great work, he is such a nice guy and a pleasure to do business with.

If you're considering getting anything more than clothes cleaned at Pride Cleaners, don't do it.Pride does pretty well on the cleaning, but alterations are a rip. The alterations are really expensive - e.g. $25 to adjust the waist on pants.The expense is bad enough, but the real problem is sometimes they either don't alter your clothes correctly or fail to alter them at all.I've had instances where I paid $50 to $80 only to get my clothes back in the same unaltered state in which I brought them to Pride.If you get something altered, be sure to have the seamstress check the measurements when you drop off your clothes so you can measure the delta when you pick up to verify something changed. You may even want to try them on when you pick them up.Otherwise, they'll try to convince you they did the work and charge you again for an adjustment they never made in the 1st place.For me, I'm taking my alterations elsewhere, as a first step, to show my dissatisfaction. Cleaning may follow. I have too much to manage in my life nowadays to add managing someone I'm paying to perform a service.Oh, and the daughter (co-owner) is kind of dismissive and tries to politely rush you out the store if you complain about the work. She WILL NOT admit fault.Service: Alterations
