I extensively use various storage facilities around NOVA for my real estate staging and interior design business. This location is one of a few Public Storage facilities I use and the service stands out. I had a last-minute booking to stage a home and forgot my keys/ passcode. Let me tell you how grateful I am that the staff not only came through to help me get in, but the next morning they recommended a more convenient storage and had moving supplies already available for purchase. Jeslyn is the manager here. She is very nice. She got me set up on the app so I was able to get in to my space without going to the office for my code. She keeps the place clean and is always willing to help. .

They called me on a weekend to confirm I would be there, but weren't there themselves as I waited 30 min for somebody to show. Tried to cancel 2 days later but they had already cancelled my reservation without notice. Also, that $1 first month rent is a sham cause you have to pay a one time fee the first month anyway.

Great option for our storage. I was pretty adamant about finding a location outside of a flood zone, and was very satisfied with the location of this place in particular. Easy to access units, good prices, and friendly staff. Our big moving trucks were able to get in and out without too much trouble. Big thanks to Chris for a very smooth check out!
