Made appointment online and got there but app had a hiccup. I registered and was called in right away…nurse was great w needle phobia and patient. I was hesitant w other’s experiences. I was in and out right away.

Check-in kiosk didn't work. No front desk as a back-up. Had to knock on a door and wait for someone to open it. Female employee opened it. I, and the person before me, told her that that kiosk isn't working. She told us to try again, as though we were stupid. I told her that we had both tried numerous times and that we are not doing it again. She said she would be right with us and closed the door. 15 minutes later (10 minutes past my appt time, and 25 minutes past the other person's appt time), we knocked on the door again. The same female came out and said, "Oh yeah, I was supposed to come get you." What a complete waste. What a horrible system, and what a lack of customer service. How do you not have a desk? How to you also not have wipes out to clean the kisk screen? The place is gross.

I was given a lab order for my kid. I went here out of convenience since they were close and they were open. I got there at 315pm. They state their hours are until 330pm. The staff told me they were closed and they wouldn't be able to process the blood in time for the truck.
This is obviously not true since they take appointments through 320pm (there was no one else there). Regardless, they lied and wasted our time and I was still schlepping my young kids in 100° weather to come here. They basically were acting like kids closing out a restaurant early, but the problem is that this is for medical stuff, not recreation.
I can't attest to the lab experience since they didn't accept a walk in during business hours.

My wife went today for her testing due to employment requirements and I found out that people who seems like to have never gone to school were so disrespectful. You guys should be glad that I was not there but I wish I was so I would have put that lady in her right spot. This is what happens when you hire people who don’t have work ethics and probably have not gone to school ever. Avoid this location at all cost. Not worth it.

I only needed to drop off a stool sample for my baby and had the pediatricians order with me. It was a if she is still having diarrhea take a sample and drop off so I never thought about an appointment for something so frivolous as this. I still had to join the waitlist and wait 2 hours for what took less than a couple minutes to input into the computer. I had my 2.5 year old and 1 year old with me and thank God they behaved very well. The big reason I’m inclined to post this besides having a wait of 2 hours is also the fact that 2 other people who came in after I did as waitlist were called ahead of me and gone like an hour before I was ever called to the back. When questioned about why people were being called back before me I got the answer that she was going by check in times. I don’t know where you’re getting your times from but yall need to do better. Also told me I could leave and try another office in Reston….so that I could start the whole waiting again somewhere else. Horrible customer service and I’d go elsewhere!!!

Was seen for my appointment on time.
The staff was friendly, professional, and to the point.
Getting my blood test didn't take long, and I was in and out in less than 20 minutes.

My appointment was at 9:30. I had to wait an extra 95 minutes before I was taken in. The lab tech could not find my veins on both arms and she did not know how to draw blood from veins on the hands. She had to ask another tech to draw.

Good service, provider was kid-friendly for my 8 year old, and it went relatively smoothly. Haven't got the results back after 2 weeks (doctor hasn't yet either), and the test doesn't show up on my app for some reason, so that is a negative.

I wish i could give this ZERO STARS. The absolute worst. The staff are so INCREDIBLY RUDE and just miserable. I have never been to a place of business, in the medical field, that has employees who talk to customers they way they do. We sat in the waiting room for 3 hours as a walk in and then told " Sorry we no longer will see you because we are closing so no walk ins anymore" Are you EFFN kidding me? We have been here for 3 hours and you have been talking on your phone, eating, walking outside and even taking selfies which has cause a back log with people waiting. My mind is BLOW This place is an absolute show. Quest- DO BETTER- Get people who arent stealing hours from you and treat your customers better. I cant even begin to describe how AWFUL this experience has been

No one to acknowledge you were checked in, except for the kiosk. There were no wipes to do a clean catch; and no soap in the bathroom; no towels either; just toilet paper; thank goodness.
