Stay away! Jacob, the owner, is a dishonest thief. I'm reporting him to the BBB. He started yelled and screaming when I informed him of HIS mistake, and he blatantly lied and refused to refund my money. Glad I kept all my receipts and invoices for the BBB. Stay away from this shady business run by a crook.

Thank you, Reston Glass, for restoring our kitchen garden window! Ben’s work is superb! He replaced the fogged pane for a fraction of the price of a new window and the window looks brand new now. We’re back to bird watching and it’s lovely. Awesome customer service, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Ordered 3 different sizes of glass shelves. Delivered the goods on time. When I went to pick up they inadvertently gave me 2 less shelves of one size. Came home and discovered that. Called them and mentioned. They fixed the issue. So all is well that ends well

Reston Glass was quick to answer the phone and provided a competitive and immediate estimate for the work I was looking to have completed. Zach Tristan and partner arrived on the scheduled day to install one pane of glass in a single hung window - the glass was a warranty replacement for PlyGem. They explained their process, installed the window sharing their experience and recommendations for caring for the vinyl windows installed in our home, and finally left ensuring everything was cleaned and returned to better than when they arrived. They did such a professional job, i asked them for an estimate to replace a window in our patio doors that has a leaking seal. 5/5 stars for Zach and partner (sorry I missed his name).

They quadruple charge the price of tempered glass it’s highway robbery. Go online or call around make sure to type in tempered glass as the search field in google maps you will find many other competitors who won’t try and steal from you. Business is business and some companies like Reston glass are departure to hold onto what they have which must be insane debt and loss clients. Good luck being in business for a long period of time is an accomplishment not growing or expanding on the other hand shows a poor business model.
