I've been coming here for 2 years now and the service provided is excellent. They are very knowledgeable as I asked many questions about my tax returns as things change the older I get. They can perform the service very quickly and accurately. I also appreciated the customer service they remembered me as a return customer.

Doing Business and Personal Tax for last 7 yrs. This person has a lot of patience to make sure there is no mistake. He is very knowledgeable in Business Tax. His fees are very low. Excellent Customer Service. I definatly recommand him for you tax.

I was filing my tax with RTX Tax Pro for a few years. They are professional and knowledgeable. However, their appointment service is horrible. Last year I waited for an hour to get in. This year I went there three times. And I couldn’t make it as scheduled, although I am not sure why I need to be physically there. It can be a virtual meeting via Teams or Zoom. Unfortunately, their communication is abysmal. It takes weeks to reply to your email; if they do, most probably will not. This service was five stars. Sadly, it is not anymore.

Updated reviewReplying to the owner’s comment. He left me a voicemail where he apologized about the appointment mishap saying it was due to a family situation and asked me to take down my review. I was going to give him a ring in the morning because I appreciated that he explained and apologized, and I understand things can happen unexpectedly with family. Not a big deal and I thought it was just an off day for him. I was gonna update my review with that, but now I see he has left a response trying to say that I randomly showed up outside of business hours. Um what?! Like a complete 180 from the voicemail. I did not talk to a “service department” as it was literally just him that I spoke to. The business hours show as 10:30am-3pm on Google reviews, 8:30am-9pm on Yelp, 9:30am-7pm on Loc8nearme and NO HOURS listed on his website... Again, I did not choose the appointment time as he was the one that told me when to come and I just agreed to it. While I was initially confused about why he would leave the voicemail apologizing and then say something so different on here, it appears like he just wanted me to take down my review and the apology was empty. This was a weird, wishy washy experience for sure, but that’s fine. Lesson learned. I’m now more cautious when I see all perfect cookie cutter reviews (#notsponsored, right?). If you’re reading this review, there are a ton, and I mean a ton, of other affordable and skilled tax prep service firms in the area so explore your options because you have them! Make your own informed decision. I was able to get awesome help elsewhere thankfully.———Original reviewI have no idea if these reviews are real and after my experience I’m super doubtful of them. Called to make an appointment last week and was told to come today at 3pm. He didn’t ask for my name or anything which I thought was odd but whatever. I show up at 3pm and the door was locked. I called the office number and it just keeps ringing. He finally answers and says he stepped out and will be back in 5 mins. This was odd to me because I had an appointment... it’s not like I just showed up as a walk-in. I waited 15 mins and still nothing so I left. I found it to be super unprofessional. He called me after I left and said “I’m ready for you now so come up”. Like seriously?! I told him I left. He didn’t even apologize. I have such a hard time believing these reviews are real because it was just so unprofessional and I felt duped by the reviews. Anyways, I don’t recommend.

It was my 1st time using RTS Tax Pro and I was very pleased with doing business with them. Sayek was very Professional, yet still friendly personality for this area, which is a plus for me. He is very knowledgeable of Tax Laws and Policies and took time to explain and give advice on how to increase taxes and things to avoid. I will definitely return. Not just for filing year end taxes but but also for business. It really felt good to speak with someone who wasn't rushing and takes the time out to help you understand. I'm a very pleased customer.

We are glad that finally has gone to someone who is very professional and informative. Sayek is a tax pro and an overall amazing guy. He made it so easy for us and we could not be more grateful! It was a fair experience for a first time with great customer service. I highly recommend Sayek/RTS Tax Pro.

Would not recommend. I had booked an appointment time for my taxes and saw the person was already with a customer waited over 45 minutes past my appointment time. Then, I was told I need to wait another 20 minutes because the accountant decided to take another customer before me. Didn't fancy wasting more time time and the lack of courtesy, so I left.
