Very disappointed! Over 7k paid they did not make sure that my trunk door work properly. They want me to call my insurance to let them know that I need to replace the Tailgate Trunk Lift . What a joke! They made a damage estimate.after a collision they put the same Tailgate Trunk Lift to my door. obviously! it was damaged ;they couldn’t put them on the estimated from the beginning and a Guy from there told me if the door open y close we are good and at some point you need to replace your Tailgate Trunk Lift any way . At the end the CLASSIC answer ! “your insurance did not cover them” details makes a big difference Be aware !

Nicole was awesome about keeping me updated about the status of my vehicle. The gentleman who did the estimate was also great and answered any questions I had. Got the car back with a great repair and they even washed, waxed, and cleaned the inside.

I had a field day with USAA with my insurance claim from when I was rear ended on my birthday in February. I brought my truck to here in June (yeah, it took that long for USAA to process my claim). I was hit by an uninsured motorist which would have lowered my deductible and USAA never updated that with this shop. I explained my frustration with USAA to Nicole who checked me in and she’s found that strange USAA was dropping the ball so hard. To my pleasant surprise, Nicole called and called USAA and got them to change my claim to lower my deductible after numerous phone calls to no avail on my end. Nicole is the epitome of excellence and I will insist to bring all of my future body work needs to her and Crash Champions.

This company is now called Crash Champions. I took my car here because it had been vandalized and the passenger window shattered, and damage done to the passenger side of the car body. They did an excellent job communicating and sending emails to inform me of when the job would be completed. I don't know it it was a coincidence or not, but I had no issue with my car battery when I took it in, but when it was time to pick it up they told me the battery was dead and wouldnt hold a charge and would die if turned off. So I was not happy that I had to get a new battery. On top of that, when I picked up the car and got it home, I realized that the window on the passenger side wouldn't roll down, so I had to take it back in. Luckily it was simple and there was just some sticky residue on some of the replacement parts inside the door that they cleaned off within 45 minutes and I was out of there. The issue I have is that they should have tested the window before they handed it over. They should have tested everything to make sure everything worked before hand. Truth is, I should have checked too. So I blame myself as well. I that's why I only gave them a 4 star review instead of a three. The staff there are very nice and polite as well.Service: Body & Trim

First I had to wait 3 weeks for an appointment. When it came time for the appointment I was told the time I had booked wasn’t what they had me scheduled for and I would have to reschedule. The first available appointment was for the following Monday. I showed up for the new appointment and was told they had no record of my appointment and would have to reschedule again because they were fully booked that day. I said not to worry about it because I will be finding somewhere else. Not only was it impossibly frustrating to keep being pushed back scheduling wise, not once did anyone even apologize for the situation. All the people I spoke with acted like it was an inconvenience to have to talk to me. They have such good reviews for their work, I wish the customer service matched.

The staff is super professional and super patient. I enjoy the profesional vibes and hard work that the staff took in repairing my job. I also liked how east it was for the rental car to be picked up and dropped off here while my car was at the shop.

Very poor customer service - whatever they have going on with the company transition is causing them to miss calls voicemails and emails. I have called several times with no answer, left several voicemails and no response even after week. Also sent email replies to previous messages with no response or callback. Not to mention wait time for scheduling done was weeks out.

This service king is amazing! They finished my car way before they said they would. My car looks brand new! I will never take my car anywhere else. I had an incident where I side swiped a parking pole one day and needed them to replace my door, and fix some paint ect. They went above and beyond my expectations.
