I only put a star because it's required to. This establishment has changed for the worse. The manager of the mechanic shop is horrible. He does not know how to talk to customers. Very rude and disrespectful. Ive had my car serviced here a lot. Was my go to when Josh was there. I was shocked when I found out he's no longer there. When he left. The professionalism did as well

I’ve been getting my car inspected here for many years. Safety inspection become a scam here. They charged me non broken items and they gave me a reprint receipt, I believe it’s a fraudulent transaction. I will be reporting them to Fairfax county very soon.

20240215 My go-to place for State Inspection and Emissions, if I don't go to my dealership. The Asian inspector gmgas been there awhile. He is nice and works fast. It takes about 15 min for inspection. When facing the store front, drive around to the left of the building. The line to the inspection is between the carwash and the side of the building. State inspection is $20. The waiting area is inside the store. There are 2 large size chairs, and the lady working the register is nice, too. The ladies restroom is pretty clean unlike most gas stations bathroom.

Got an oil change and someone left trash in my car. Talked to the front desk about it and they denied it.

Folks Avoid this gas station at all cost. Their staff is extremely rude. doesn't take into account that they are dealing with paying customers. not my first time, I wen't for a car wash at this time. my car wasn't cleaned properly. it took a lot of convincing to get another wash from them. one of the manager told me that they will not Sell me car wash any more and they don't want me to come to this gas station. the guy that is In charge of the car wash he cursed me out in spanish.

There is a new person in charge of state inspections. Constant long lines for inspections due to him being very slow and finicky. I will be finding another inspection station next year and suggest you do the same.

I like to come here bc they have someone give a good cleaning before you go into the actual wash......it leaves it look very nice and clean.

Writing my first review because the inspection staff have become so terrible. I used to use this shop every year for inspection on multiple vehicles, but the last few times I've been, everyone I've met at this location is just cold and rude (apart from the cashier who was the only person who would even talk to me). I hope they can sort out their issues, but until then I'll be going elsewhere for inspections.

I come here mostly for vehicle inspection. Occasionally for gas, car cleaning and convenient store.Similar expedites like other customers about timing. Unreliable service. No respect for customer’s time.

Whomever was on car wash duty around 3 PM on the afternoon of 6/25 is lying to customers and telling them that the car wash is closed. I had to go inside to pay for my car wash and even when I presented him the code, he just looked at me. Normally the car wash attendant will take a brush and at least scrub the car down with soap. He didn’t do anything. He just sat there. I’m not sure why you’re paying him to stand there and stare at customers.

I took my car to get new front brake pads and rotors the week of 7/17. Upon picking up my car, I notice the back right tire was completely flat. I addressed this with the Manager (Ameen), who told me he had nobody available, and instead of addressing the issue he abruptly left the shop. I waited around for 30 minutes, and then went around back to find a mechanic myself. A kind gentlemen took a look at my car, and found a screw in the tire and an identical one nearby my car in the shop's lot. He then "plugged" the tire and sent me on my way. I left a message for the shop owner for when he returned. When I talked to him a couple of days later he refused to take responsibility, regardless of the fact that it was a new tire with less than 5K miles, that he left it to me to get someone to fix the tire, and that the tire was damaged on his property. I've been a loyal customer of this shop for over 5 years, and am disappointed I have to take my business elsewhere now that Josh (the former shop manager) is gone. I encourage others to reconsider continuing to bring their cars here in light of the management change.

Go anywhere else for an inspection. The people here are absolutely terrible. They switch the hours randomly without updating the hour board. They take forever. Won’t let you leave your car with them so you’re stuck waiting for more than an hour for them to do a simple task. Employees are quite rude on top of it all.Wish I never came here in the first place.

Don’t do inspection or emission here. They’ll fail your can anyway to force you to fix it there.

STAY AWAY. After getting an emissions test I sat in my car and there was this plug on the seat. I asked the inspector if it was his. He hesitated, said yes, and took it. Around 15 minutes later my friend calls to tell me he is coming by to get an ODBII reader he left plugged into my car from a couple days ago. Turned out the device that the inspector told me, to my face, was his was my friends device. I went back and the manager said there was no way to contact the inspector until Monday. I told my friend what happened and he wanted it back. It took him several calls, and a threat to report the inspection station to the state, in order to get the station to look into it. The manager was now able to get in touch with the inspector and my friend was able to get his device back. Instead of apologizing for a misunderstanding, or simply getting the device back, they tried to call me a liar and, ultimately, told me never to come back for an inspection again. If the management will, so ardently, support one employee taking advantage of a customer's ( my ) ignorance, you can bet they have, are, and will be taking advantage of other customers as well.
