Made an online order for a gallon of the paint my friend used in his home before selling. Picked up at this location and was in and out in 2 minutes. The only issue I have his is a-hole that almost smashed into my car turning into the parking lot and then the 2nd a-hole who sped up to block me from changing lanes right before my house. That's a high ratio of a-hole NOVA drivers in just a 5 minute drive.

I've been using Sherwin-Williams for years and have always been extremely satisfied with their color options, quality of paint, and customer service.Today I had a slight issue with my order and Renata was absolutely incredible. The customer service at this location is exceptional. Every time I have walked into the store, I have been greeted and offered assistance within seconds. Every employee that I have encountered has been friendly, patient with my questions (as a painting novice), and super helpful with their advice. They don't try to sell you unnecessary items. 100x better experience than going to Home Depot.
