In the last 10 days, I took my new Tesla and newish jeep to this garage for safety inspection, and no surprises - they found problems. They wanted my business. I took the car elsewhere and got safety done (no repair needed).

True scammers! I took my daughter’s 2010 Prius and after 5 minutes, the so called inspector came out and told me that the headlights needs special cleaning and we could do it for you at $140 plus I need to replace two small LED white lights because they were not the original oem lights. What a joke, I refuse to accept his scamming offer. He failed me the inspection. We bought the car in June of 2023 from Toyota dealer in Chantilly. After we purchased it, we took it to a third party shop in Herndon and it gone through 72 points safely inspection and passed all with. There was no modification in any kind. Avoid this place or you will regret it. Other clients mentioned exact same issues with this location.

Let’s make this short as possible (getting state inspection)
1st visit: (inspector 1) you needs tires and clean headlight for $150. I said I’ll do it
2nd visit: (inspector 2) you didn’t clean properly well do it for $130. They didn’t know I had a price already for it
3rd visit: After I changed the tires and cleaned the headlights properly (inspector 3) you have 3 lights out, I replied: the other inspector didn’t tell me that. His response: and that’s why he doesn’t work here anymore.
4th visit: After I replace the light bulbs. Guess who was there? (inspector 2) and he asked why you failed inspection, because of the tires and light bulbs. You passed!
If you are taking your car to this “shop” for inspection make sure you have more than $100 because that what they are looking to make profit.
To save time, every time you pass by start give them $20. Once you build up over $100 take any car and you’ll pass inspection. Be aware of these scammers!!!
