By far the friendliest UPS and they work very efficiently. Have never had an issue dropping off any packages and it’s rare to go into any establishment nowadays and literally EVERYONE is a pleasure to work with. Thanks!!

I had an outstanding experience at my local UPS .They took extra care in packing my items securely, ensuring everything would arrive in perfect condition. I was impressed with how well they handled fragile items and how quickly they prepared everything for shipping. The whole experience was seamless, efficient, and stress-free. I’ll definitely be returning for all my future shipping and packaging needs—this UPS Store sets the bar high for excellent customer service! Highly recommend!

Stopped by this morning to get about a hundred pages US tax forms printed. A gracious older gentleman behind the counter greeted me. He asked to email the docs and summoned a young lady to print the documents. An angry looking young lady came out from the back, sat in front of a PC, without communicating with me. She then asked my name, which I presumed was to fetch my files from the email I sent. I told her I would like to inspect the first batch after printing. Having done so, I informed her the documents were each tilted a little. She snapped to tell me that the image was tilted. This was a PDF document. I told her that IRS forms could not be tilted and that I had even printed some at home that were fine. She cut me off to assert that it was the documents. Absolutely not a single flicker of intelligence to question if it may just be a misalignment on the printer. I told her I could not continue to do business there since she doesn’t even listen. I paid about $5 for service I cannot use, put the printed papers in a shredder there, and headed to FedEx print center.
I am also concerned that PII data is in their inbox at the UPS store’s email. FedEx allowed me to print it myself.
Unhappy about UPS Store experience!

I left a 5 star review a year ago and wanted to come on and say this is still the best UPS store. Everyone is incredibly helpful and friendly every time I go in the store. I called today to see if they could reprint a receipt for me that I lost. They didn’t have to take the time to look it up for me but they did. A+ customer service!

I am admittedly not a fan of menial tasks and things that I can easily procrastinate. Alekhia was so kind, patient, and helpful. It’s the simple things such as her demeanor, willingness to help me review a couple things before completion. I will drive to this UPS store specifically because of the kindness and efficiency. Thank you Alekhia and Anusha for such a great customer experience. 🙏🏽🌟

Vastly different experience than all of these reviews suggest.
Showed up with my own package, taped and ready to go. Shipping internationally, so I held off on printing a label at home via MyUPS (have an account I use frequently).
First issue: I had to repeat all of my information to them because they couldn't use MyUPS accounts. What's the point of having a MyUPS proflie if I can't walk into a UPS Store location and give them my phone number to pull up my account?
Second issue: In lieu of having them re-enter all of my information again, I pulled up MyUPS and told them I would just quickly purchase shipping online and use that. They told me that I would either have to drive home, print it and tape it on the box, or... that they could print it but charge me for it. Seriously, charge me to print a shipping label I've already purchased.
Third issue: So I begrudgingly walk them through a very slow data entry of my information. At least 5 minutes of back and forth to re-key data in MyUPS. I get the package prices and they tell me the **minimum** price to ship is $430. Hahaha. To send two laptops in a comparably sized box to London.
FWIW: I've shopped quotes to compare.
USPS: $130
DHL: $252
FedEx: $309
In what world would I pay $430 to send a $500 laptop on a 7-hour flight?
Not this store's fault for the price. I'll throw corporate under the bus for that absurdity.
But #s 1 and 2 are dealbreakers for me. The premise of stores like this are convenience. And the amount of time that I wasted here for an inefficient system is reason enough to not return.
Not making a great case against a robotic workforce... Back to USPS for me. Automated package measurements and labels, better prices and no negative human interaction.

The Indian customer service people are extremely rude and unprofessional. Avoid at all costs!

I mailed belongings from my parent’s property, who had just passed, and it felt like I was among friends. Wonderfully kind and efficient staff, especially during such a difficult time. I will be back to say hello next time I am in town.

Staff was very helpful as always. I’m grateful this is my neighborhood store and I don’t have to go anywhere else.
