This hotel near IAD airport offers spacious rooms equipped with essential amenities such as a fridge, microwave, and iron. The bathroom was large and spotless. Additionally, they provide convenient shuttle services, making it a great option for travelers.
Coming to breakfast, if we opt for free breakfast while booking they offer coupons only for 2 people per room. We were 3 members sharing the room. Apart from that everything is good.

I had a disappointing experience with the front desk staff. I called ahead at 1am to confirm an early check-in at 8-9 AM, and was assured it wouldn't be a problem. However, when I arrived, the staff were unhelpful and unwilling to accommodate the early check-in as discussed. There was no flexibility or attempt to assist despite being a member, which made for a frustrating start to my stay. Clear communication and better customer service would go a long way.

Satima is absolutely ? the best front desk staff ever. ? I called and alerted her of our arrival celebrating our 2 year anniversary, not only did she give us a congratulatory card, she wrote inside the card which made it all the more personal. I cannot say thank you enough for her courteous and professional customer service. If ever there is a Rock star at this hotel it would be her. Thank you for helping to make our milestone great! Hats off to you.

these people are life savers!!!!! my wife and i flew into dulles with our 9 month old baby during a really bad storm. long story short, billy was able to reserve us his last room at 12:30am. he gave us perfect instructions on how to get to the complementary shuttles that run every 30 minutes. billy also helped us get a late checkout since our flight was late the next evening.
the next morning we had run out of diapers for our baby, so satima was able to find another employee to LITERALLY DRIVE ME TO CVS so that i could buy more diapers for my baby. overall the service was absolutely top notch. could not recommend any higher.
the rooms were good for the price. average hotel stuff. the customer service is really what sells this place.

The guy in the red shirt is the Front Desk Supervisor MATHEW, I call him the Front Desk SuperStar ! This guy rocks !
So basically I'm giving this hotel a 5 stars review mainly because of him for his amazing energy in and customer care as he has a positive attitude and a professional approach which gives you a good feeling that you are being taken care of.
Our hotel stay in general was a good one; the room was very clean and the bed was comfy also overall the hotel was top clean.
The location of the hotel is fantastic near the airport without the noise of the planes landing and departing.
The shuttle bus service is on spot.
The hotel was worth our money as it was reasonably priced.
Now comes the most important question, would I stay in this hotel again? A BIG YES ??

I'm a weirdo, but I love airport hotels-- and this is a good one. The modern, clean, safely driven airport shuttle showed up within minutes of my arrival at IAD.
Check-in was quick and friendly.
I was in my room in moments-- The room felt fresh and clean. The bedding was great. I slept like a baby.
Rooms: Rooms are well appointed, and clean. High quality furnishings-- and a comfortable desk chair.

Reception staff didn’t show the hospitality that one expects from the Westin brand. But overall the hotel room was clean and quiet. Hotel location is great too if traveling in and out of IAD.
