Don’t Bother
I prefer not to use tunnel washes for my vehicles and in the past I have come to three cees to have my vehicles hand washed with decent service and results.
In the past week I have tried to bring my vehicle in 3 separate times to have it hand washed and been turned away presumably because they are busy, but I’m only guessing because they couldn’t be bothered to articulate an answer when asked. They don’t do appointments and each time have told me to try a different time. So I did. I tried the morning, afternoon and an hour before they closed. Turned away each time and they couldn’t care less.
I’m tired of having my time wasted they lost a customer today.

Could be one of the worst car washes I’ve ever gotten, at least for what I paid. I paid $45 for the Platinum package. When my car was ready, the windshield only seemed to have been wiped on the sides and it was filthy everywhere else (which is the biggest reason I even needed a wash!). The center console in the back had spots of splatter and crumbs and other things all over, clearly like it hadn’t been touched. I have two toddlers and so I know it’s a mess back there, but that’s why I got Platinum. After I had them retouch both, the cup holders still had debris in them and the windshield still streaky and filthy in spots. I didn’t have the time to wait any longer so I left. Additionally, the one man working on my car clearly didn’t care to be there. He undid my car seat for my 20 month old and never replaced it, was slowly meandering around like he had no urgency, and then I watched him take out his phone mid clean, look at it and type for awhile. Who does that? Just unprofessional and absolutely did not get what I paid for. Not coming back for sure.

Came by two Saturdays ago for an exterior wash; instead of a soapy, clean-smelling experience, there was hardly any soap applied to the car and the smell of the water in the tunnel was unpleasant. The tunnel is also looking pretty dated and in need of some upkeep. I've been a long-time customer but compared to the competitors it feels like the location needs some attention.

This was my first time going here and I was satisfied with the service. They did a great job cleaning my car. They have a good flow and system for how they get to each car that’s in the line. It was very busy so the wait time was a bit longer than expected but they let me know from the beginning before I laid to make sure I was okay with the wait. I was satisfied with the outcome.

The automatic car wash is good in getting your car clean but uses rather harsh spinning brushes and causes small scratches in your paint which you can notice when looking up close. Good for the occassional wash when your car gets dirty but otherwise I recommend finding a touchless or brushless car wash.

Great work here! Best car wash in the area by a mile. Hand drying and waxing + very friendly staff. They’re thorough and one of the few places that isn’t automated these days. Very pleased.

Decided to try this place out and was both surprised and extremely satisfied with the experience. My car hasn’t looked this good in months! They managed to clean all the dirt and grime, especially in the hard to reach areas that other car washes miss. The team used clean, soft towels, ensuring there were no scratches, and the wax finish left my car shining brilliantly.
It’s clear they take pride in their work and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get their car pampered by professionals.

They actually spend time on your car unlike the other chains. The inside waiting area is clean and comfortable. You can sit in your car as it goes through the wash which is also fun for kids. Very happy with my experience and will be back again.
