“When I first arrived and went inside I was greeted with a friendly face and conversation. They kept it very fast and simple to drop my car off. When my car was ready to be picked up they gave me a simple run down of possible issues with my car that they had noticed when doing the oil change and after they did the tire rotation. “No one ever wants to go to an automobile shop. That's my opinion. However, this shop and it's staff do everything they can to accommodate and ensure you're taken care of. One of the memorable experiences I recall is that they really are just telling you what has been discovered with your vehicle. Like a doctor, their job is to be honest(given you provided the facts), but they never made me feel forced to do any work. Quite frankly, it was a refreshing experience to see that people were willing to be honest, knowing I wouldn't like the answer.”
