I pay for a Personal Mailbox (PMB) at this UPS Store expecting secure handling of my packages. Instead, they gave one of my deliveries to another customer — and then refused to offer a refund or take responsibility.
This is a serious breach of trust. The staff showed zero accountability and made no effort to resolve the issue. If you’re considering this location for your mail services, think twice. Your packages deserve better protection than this.

The people here are very friendly and efficient. I come here for notary services and to ship packages for my Etsy store. They are always great, the place is well kept and clean. 10 out of 10 will always come to this location. Thanks Endre!!

The duo at the store had no clue of what a “prepaid shipping envelope” is. They kept arguing they cannot do that inspite of me telling that I have done this everytime and is used by embassy’s to ship important documents like passport etc.i then had to drive to another UPS store. Basic minimum is to understand the services that UPS provides !

I came today to return a package. And I have to print something there. The person who helped me in there told me to login in to the computer and printer from there. When I do it, it charges me 2 dollars for the connection plus 1 more dollar for the print (even when he told me that it was 50 cent for the print )
Then when I am login off he tells me that I clicked on the button that says extended. Something that is 100% incorrect. And I got charged again 2 more dollars. A service that I didn’t want and that I actually didn’t want to get. And they refused to refund me the money.
They called the manager and they still didn’t want to refund me the money. I check my bank statement and they actually charged me 10 dollars for the service.
In the argument that he sees me clicking the extended button when I am telling him that I didn’t, but they still don’t believe me. Even if he was behind the counter and I was closer to the screen and I saw the two really small button is really questionable. 🤨
It sucks and it really feels like a 100% scam. By the way paying 5 dollars for printing 1 page black and white is the biggest scam of all.
So frustrating to see this kind of bad services being done and nobody is there to protect the customers.
UPS = SCAM, please bring your own refund tickets printed already from home. UPS just want to get your easy money.
Not worth it. Pure scam.

Too slow just for a package Drop(I needed receipt) there were only 2 employees one attending a phone call and a client at same time and the other helping another customer with some pictures to print. While there are 5 more customers in line. They definitely need an additional employee.

This ups is usually pretty busy, and tries to scam you into buying boxes to ship your items. Claims they cannot ship items In manufacturers box, even though they delivered it that way. Go to another UPS, they will gladly take the business without up charging.

I had an excellent experience at The UPS Store #4304. The staff was very friendly, efficient, and professional, addressing my needs quickly. The shipping process was straightforward, and they patiently explained all the available options. Additionally, the store was clean and well-organized, making my visit even more pleasant. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone in need of shipping or printing services.

Needed last minute items printed for a meeting. I am not from the area and not familiar with the printing process with UPS. Ya'll, staff here couldn't have been more helpful. Quick, courteous and I was in and out.

They are always SO prompt and friendly when helping me, and have gone above and beyond! I have to mail ~150 client holiday gifts every year on behalf of my company, and they print all the labels for me from a spreadsheet I send and help me carry everything out of my car, then call me if there are any small issues or just to update me.
Huge huge huge shoutout to Endre Osborne for being so fantastic with all of this, he's the one that usually helps me the most. He is THE BEST. GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE!!! GIVE THE ENTIRE STORE A RAISE!!!

Wanted $10 per notary stamp within the same document - my will would have cost over $200 to get notarized. Cash only. Clearly whoever is their notary is just pocketing the money instead of doing it through the ups system.
Additionally, wouldn’t ship my Amazon return in the manufacturer’s box (that’s how Amazon delivered it to me) and wanted $14 because their “policy” states it has to be in a brown box.
Avoid this place, very sketchy.

This store does not accept everything they say. Went to drop off a package and was told they would not be able to accept it. No hazardous materials were in the package that are listed on the website. They don’t want to do their job.
