This store is in a great location for me and I looked forward to being a customer there. I've been twice now and both times the employees have been surly and unwelcoming. We all have choices and I'm happy to drive a bit further to recieve better customer service.

- Notary Issue - Buyer be ware… Be careful using notary services at this UPS location. I had a notary done here for docs that needed Apostille certification with the state of Virginia and they rejected the notarized document because the seal the notary used had his middle name abbreviated on his stamp.

I typically use Herndon UPS to send my documents, but in February, I encountered an issue with a new cashier who tried to charge me for the envelope. I explained that the pre-paid label already included a complementary envelope, and eventually, someone else stepped in and agreed with me. However, I decided to switch to a different store for my business needs. Yesterday, for convenience, I returned to Herndon UPS, but unfortunately, one of my documents had been mistakenly printed in legal size. I requested to have a single page trimmed, but the attendant informed me that I would have to pay for it. He then went to the back, and another employee with a similarly unhelpful attitude approached me, insisting that I would have to pay for the trim. Fed up with the poor customer service, I decided to go to UPS Chantilly, where I was able to have my document trimmed free of charge.

First of all one and only person I want to appreciate is Ruby. She was exceptionally great and everything she did today for me, hands-down to her very knowledgeable, very helpful very friendly. She went out of her way to make things happen for me. I cannot thank you enough and I will strongly recommend the franchise of UPS store to hire people like Ruby. What are the best experience in many years I’ve ever had once again thank you so much to Ruby for everything.

I want to thank Ruby from the UPS store who was extremely helpful throughout the process. She guided me well and constantly kept me updated with statuses. I also notice an incident at the store when Ruby helped an elderly man who was not carrying his phone, from her own pocket! She is truly as asset for UPS! By far one of the most horrible customer service and management in charge. I have shipped a phone from this store and expedited so it can reach the destination asap, however it never reached the destination and my phone was stolen. Now it has been more 9 months that the Tom & Jerry/ ping pong show is on just to get the refund. I have submitted the necessary documents multiple times through email and hard copies at the store. And every time I follow up they make things up. The claims denied. The claim is open. They lie to your face. Asking submit the documents again we don’t have it in our records. We have to call this department or that department. I personally called the UPS offices and claim departments and they told me that they should have handled this already and it has to come from the store it was shipped. Horrible, frustrating, disgusting, disappointing and disrespectful. Just put yourself in the customer shoes……

I went to the UPS Store to drop off a package on May 20, 2023. After entering the store, I was quickly and efficiently waited on. I was very pleased with the service. Great staff.

20230505 I always have a great experience at this location. The employees are helpful and polite. Stopped by for notary service, and it didn't take long aside from having to wait in line for my turn. They have 2 computers for rent, if you need to use a computer.

I have had a mailbox at this location for over 15 years, and I can honestly say that the quality of the customer service has dropped significantly over the past 12 - 18 months. Working with the old team was easy; they were professional, courteous, and paid attention to details. Now, I can't say the same.For example, in the past 3 months, I've received 3 packages to my mailbox. When I went to pick them up, 1 was misplaced and it took them 20 minutes to find it, and another package didn't even exist. I had received a package delivery notification about a package that I had already picked up several months previously and the notification somehow got resent. Again, I had to stand around for about 20 minutes while they tried to figure that out, with no apology or explanation.If you send them an email with a question, you may or may not get a reply at all, let alone in a timely manner. If you don't get a response and you ask why, they'll simply say that they were busy and leave it at that. For an hour or two, I can buy that. But for several days nonstop? Sounds like a staffing issue. Or an apathetic staff issue.It's a shame; part of the reason why I stayed with this location for as long as I did was that the previous staff made it very easy to do business with them. Unfortunately, that's no longer the case.

I recently visited The UPS Store and was extremely disappointed with the service I received. The workers were extremely rude and showed signs of racism towards me. I was shocked to be charged $8 for printing two labels for an Amazon return, and when I asked about the fee, the manager, Ruby B, lied about it being store policy. This was not my experience when I returned items last month. I would not recommend this store to anyone due to the poor customer service and unfair practices.

I don't usually post reviews but I have to shout the staff at this UPS store along with their Mgr. Ruby. Everyone was professional and curteous. I needed to get a package to my son in college overnight and they made every step so easy. If you're ever in need of mailing a package this is the store to go to
