The people working there are really useless and they don’t know their own policies. You better come prepared with online before you rely on this people to help you.

I had a problem paying for my passport application because I forgot my pin number (dumb I know) but, even though I wasn’t fully prepared, they still gave me great customer service and treated me kindness and understanding. The application process itself went really smoothly so I had no trouble with that. Overall I’m just grateful I got to do the things I needed thanks to their help. :D

I got my passport done here. Quick and easy. Usually when I go there is a small line. However, it has everything I would need. I just drop mail off in the box outside when I need to. Thanks. 🙏

I had an issue not being able to open a Parcel mailbox when the delivery driver put a live animal delivery in there so I went to this post office to get the problem resolved. The staff were very kind, understanding, and had a sense of urgency. I was able to get my package out safely that day even though it was right when they were closing. Cannot thank them enough for their help!

New with up-to-date equipment, and lockers that can be used for large packages that won't fit in your PO box. I have never had a problem with the staff, but I also treat people as I want to be treated.

My local carrier decided (without notice of any kind) that I no longer live at my address (despite the mail being checked and collected regularly 3-4x a week) and began return my letters/packages to the senders saying that I’d “moved and left no forwarding address”. I was given zero notification of this being enacted and my mail was never even held for pickup at the local station- just immediately sent back which is ridiculous. When confronted, she said she assumed that I’d moved because she said the mailbox was often full (which was a lie and made no sense as she continued to deliver my husband’s mail to the same “full mailbox”) and that she’d been returning my mail since March 6th (which also wasn’t true as I’d continued to receive mail until April 29th) Since the majority of my mail/packages continued to be delivered it wasn’t until I noticed discrepancies between my Informed Delivery with work packages and a replacement debit card that never arrived did I realize the extent of her incompetence. This all could have been avoided had she followed proper protocol and left a notice/question rather than assuming that I no longer lived at my address. My husband and I also don’t share a surname, but that’s not uncommon and there are many situations where people live together and don’t have a last name in common. The result on my end is work delays and lost/returned personal packages that leave me with the added expense of customer service calls and having to pay for duplicate packages or additional postage to resend items that should never have been sent back. The local branch was also unhelpful and never called with updates after promising to do so following my in person visit to sort things out. Absolutely frustrating.

Terrible customer service provided by an Asian clerk. (sorry, I don’t have her name)She made me feel so bad because my boxes were heavy. It is not my fault that they are heavy. I guess this business is about size, weight, origin and destination. If the package is heavy they need to have processes in place to handle it. Otherwise don’t accept it.At one point this clerk called my transaction a problem. How is bringing a prepaid box to the P.O.a problem?Please train your employees to treat everyone as a valued customer.This lady can ruin anybody’s day.Horrible experience.

I always have an outstanding experience at my local USPS service center. The staff was courteous, efficient, and extremely helpful. They went above and beyond to assist me with my mailing needs, ensuring everything was handled smoothly. I highly recommend this location for exceptional USPS service.

A clean enough and spacious post office in a quiet neighborhood. The US flag out front is useful in terms of marking where this USPS is located, so that you don't missing it when driving down McLearen. There is a big deposit box for any pre-metered packages larger than a letter sized envelope. Next to it there is a kiosk where you can scan your package and get a receipt (as proof you dropped it off).

I went here to send mail to my family in another state and brought my package in a brown box. The manager there said I wasn't allowed to use packaging from home and that I had to buy packaging from them. I told them that I had not seen this rule anywhere and he said that its this certain USPS new policy. I was appalled and forced to buy a box from them. That wasn't even the worse part, the Asian lady that works at this USPS was also extremely rude and wasn't helpful at all. I asked for help on how to ship the package and she seemed annoyed that I asked for help at all. I would rather deliver packages myself than come back to this USPS.

Don’t come to this USPS. There are so many other ones to go to that won’t SCAM you. I brought my package in an envelope and made to cover anything that would identify it as a priority envelope. The people there would not allow me to ship because of the envelope and FORCED me to buy one of their envelopes or they wouldn’t ship my package. Please do yourself a favor and go to the one in Chantilly compared to this scamming postal office.

I visited there twice, both time with terrible service! I think the only reason why Donna and Fay still have job is because national labor shortage!
