Multiple bad experiences at this establishment. Poor customer service and repeated discrimination. I am finally posting something about this. My family and I gave this office a lot of business and many chances over the years. Each time, we had a negative experience. Recently, my family was served by Juan and Angie and my family returned home in tears. Now, we will be taking our business elsewhere. Costco is a better place for eyeglasses.

Going to Visionworks in Herndon VA was a great experience from beginning to end. Dr. Barron and Natalia were amazing. Will go back for sure. Recommend this location to everyone.

I usually go to the Fairfax location, that is close to my home and I go there because I like to go see Dr. Chang, at this time, Dr. Chang was not available at Fairfax, so I went to the Herndon location where I was told she would she be working that day, the staff was very courteous and acknowledge me as soon as I walked in, very friendly, knowledgeable. This is a very nice location Tyler and Sarah were very courteous and very friendly. There’s nothing better than walking in to a business where you are greeted with smiles.

A great place to get your eye exam and glasses or contacts.
We have been going here for many years. They always have great deals and the staff are always very professional and friendly! I highly recommend VisionWorks in Herndon!
They truly care about you and your eye health. Very helpful and very kind. The Dr has been here for a long time and remembers me every year I go in for my exams. This is the best eyeglass store around here! Thank you all!

I told the young lady behind the counter that I didn't buy my glasses at her store, but that they needed to be fixed. With a great attitude, she took my glasses and fixed them right then and there. Then she cleaned them! None of this sounds notable, except for the fact that I did not expect any of this. So... thank you!!!
