Friendly and fast! They transferred my prescription from a North Carolina Walgreens to this one without any hassle. I really appreciate that.

This Walgreens used to be amazing, but it has drastically gone down hill the past few years. Today was the straw that broke the camel's back. A prescription was called in for me on Tuesday. I planned to pick it up Thursday evening, but when I asked the pharmacist if it would be easier to pick it up on Friday, she requested a Friday pickup. I just went in (today is Sunday), and it was not ready. When I explained to the lady behind the counter that I was told it would be ready two days ago, she stated that I did not speak to her and did not believe that the conversation happened. I'm done.

We won't be doing business with this pharmacy anymore. The last couple of times we went there for our flu/COVID/etc. vaccines, we waited in line a very long time because they had one person working the window and everyone picking up prescriptions had insurance coverage issues. You would think they'd call someone to cover the other window to check people in. Nope. You'll wait. And wait. And wait. And wait. Be prepared to wait up to an hour in line even if you registered in advance on-line. We don't have hours to waste waiting in line, so we won't be going back to Walgreens.

Terrible Pharmacy. It's horribly run, where I scheduled a vaccination and checked in and waited 40 minutes to only have them tell me they don't have the vaccine available. What a waste of my time

You'll wait forever in line, they'll tell you it won't be ready for 45 minutes, you'll come back an hour and a half later and wait forever again, they'll tell you it will be another hour. On top of that they will give you attitude like you're inconveniencing them by existing. Don't use this pharmacy for any reason. You're probably better off just dealing with your medical conditions by pretending they don't exist.

This is about the pharmacy. I had gone in to drop off my prescription but the lady said it will not be ready until tomorrow..i guess she did not want to work since it is Friday. So I decided to go to another pharmacy but they said they could not fill my prescription because walgreens had already filled them out..that is because my doctor also sent over electronically so i went back to walgreen and asked to speak to the manager because i wanted to cancel my prescription but she said she doesnt have them but I informed her that i just got a call from walgreens saying my prescription are ready. All she did was look up my name and say that there is no prescription here for me and just walked way..so normally a customer will get mad if the supervisor acts like the customer mean nothing to them. After arguing with the supervisor she told me to "Get the **** out of here" very nice thing to say to a customer. I will never be going here again and i recommend you dont go here until you want to get disrespected

Horrible horrible horrible customer experience at this Walgreens by cashier Pat. I literally go to this Walgreens everyday and this is the second time she gets into my face. I had 4 cold 16oz drinks in hand. I walked to the cashier and there were 2 customers in line ahead of me. I placed the 4 drinks on the corner end of the cashier furthest away from the cash register since they were cold. Immediately Pat yelled that lady is in front of you! Woah!!! What kind of gangsta-type customers is Pat accustomed to? To accused her customers of cutting inline is horrid! I told her the drinks were cold and she replied please do not crowd, -- obvious reference to the social distance that's been going on these past 2 years. Folks I kid you not, Pat's MO is very clear. She's one of those types of people who have to be in folks' face, just for no reason. Since she was wrong about me cutting in line, she had to find another "reason" to be in my face. Assist manager was present and I started to tell him about Pat, and then she interjected All I asked him was to make space. What about initially when you were accusing your customer of cutting in line? She has not courage to even admit to what she did, shows she knows she wasn't right in this situation. The first time that I got horrible customer service from Pat, I was holding 3 12-pack Cokes and she told me I couldn't place them on the cashier table when there are others in line. Maybe she should put her shoes in her customers shoes. Others who work here such as Ken are great at their jobs. I hope manager Brett Sevin fires this hag.

I have been coming to this Walgreens for the past 5 years and haven't had any major issues that are at the immediate fault of the store itself. I've been through the store, the pharmacy, and even got a covid booster vaccine from here. The customer service, wait times at the pharmacy, and cleanliness/organization of the store are all standard compared to other Walgreens stores I've been to. Overall, nothing really outstanding and nothing terrible to say. It's a Walgreens.

Manager is absolutely the rudest I've ever seen. Don't bother with this location. I'm pretty sure they have no care in the world about the crappy services they provide. Good way to lose customers-- which I won't be back to this location EVER again. Don't be in customer service if you're not willing to help customers.

Tried to get a prescription filled there. I have insurance with a $0 co-pay and have never had issues going to CVS but Walgreens was closer so thought I'd try to go there for my prescriptions. It was called in by my dr at 10am. I went at 5:30, and after waiting 20 minutes to get to talk with someone, I was told it wasn't filled yet but they'd get it ready for me right away. After another 10 minutes, they tell me that it will cost me $15. I explained I have a $0 copay with my insurance and the told me they were sorry but it was the best they could do and asked me if I usually go to CVS. They told me it would be better for me to go to CVS to get it filled. I couldn't believe it but left and headed to CVS. At CVS they took my information and had to call to get the prescription transferred. The pharmacist put it on speaker and we heard a recording saying there were two people ahead of him and they would answer shortly. After 30 minutes, we are still sitting at CVS, still hearing the recording which now says he is next in line. This is by far the worst experience I've ever encountered. If you need to get a prescription filled, whatever you do, don't go to Walgreens on Elden St in Herndon, VA.

if there was an option for zero stars, I'd choose that. went in for passport photos. slow, horrible service. the person handling the photo area was rude and kept trying to "joke" with us. Never again.
