I wish I couldn’t give them no stars. The moment I arrived in the lobby there was a bad smell. This location is very musty. I’ve asked receptionist to transfer me to 3 different rooms. 1st room: The room was musty it smelt sweaty. 2nd room: I had Lysol by then and it was also musty, the vents were filled with dust. My girlfriend also spotted blood on the sheets and hair in the shower. The phones didn’t work also when I needed to speak with someone due to the problems. 3rd room it Was Musty. 300$ for this is crazyyy. A Motel would’ve been the best option!! I wouldn’t recommend this to no one especially if you have kids.

I would never recommend this hotel to anyone! Not even my worst enemy! Upon arrival the smell of the hotel was not fresh in the lobby and the three rooms that were switched out because of many different issues. The air conditioning did not work in the middle of the night. I noticed blood stains on the bedding the next morning. There was hair in the shower ( a sign of it not being cleaned properly), the vents were black and dusty. The phones did not work. It was a nightmare.

Very nice Marriott overall with one exception. Beds and pillows...didn't get much sleep both nights because of it. Check out the closet for extra pillow. It helps a little, but still not very comfortable sleep. Cleanliness, environment, service, all what you would expect. Just a bed and pillow issue.
Walkability: Lots of food options right out the rear entrance.

Very nice property. Only down side is distance from the airport and rental car area. Also no "M" lounge. Otherwise very nice property and location relative to restaurants and activities.

I used this hotel twice to park and shuttle to the airport. Both times, their incompetent drivers had me waiting at the airport by myself for OVER 2 HOURS. DO NOT PARK WITH THEM. If I could give zero stars I would. Incomprehensibly unreliable. The night time drivers need to be fired or someone needs to be watching them to make sure they’re doing their jobs. They don’t come when they’re supposed to come, they tell you to wait at 2B or 2G but then stop somewhere else, and they have the nerve to be RUDE . In the 2 hours I waited for this van, I saw the other Marriott driver like 6 times. I saw this van twice! I didn’t make the first one bc it was full. I wonder why? Bc they take their sweet time to get there and the longer they take, the more people need rides. Never ever parking with them again. It shouldn’t even be an option for people with how unreliable the service is. Don’t do it!

I used to come to this location for work. It was convenient at the time, and I generally prefer Marriott. This location has suites, which is also a plus. This time I was just in town for the weekend.
While I like this hotel, there were some rough spots during this visit, however. The room I requested was not available, when I arrived. Because I waited so long, until 8.30 pm, the manager on duty, Alexis, comped me dinner at the lobby restaurant. While I enjoyed it in the past, this time the steak was more or less tasteless. It was probably taken out of the freezer when I ordered.
The room was comfortable, typical Marriott, nice bed - but in the morning I discovered there were biting ants by the side of the bed. The manager, Rita, was very accomodating and immediately offered to switch me to another room. In fact, she gave me the room with the prototype of the new design the hotel will be rolling out. For the inconvenience, Rita comped me that night.
To be honest, while the modern design is very nice, it is a bit sterile compared to their current, more traditional look. Some modern artwork would certainly help. I don't think it would be a bad thing to keep some rooms in the traditional design for customers who might prefer it.
When I was checking out, I was surprised to see that while I was comped for one of three nights, the dinner that I was told was comped was now on the bill. A woman who stated she was the auditor curtly said they could only comp one item, because I couldn't "get free stuff".
I thought the interaction was kind of rude. Moreover, if I had known I would be charged for dinner, I never would have eaten there. $60 for a frozen steak, in a mostly empty restaurant just wasn't worth it.
Two more points: the people working there just don't seem like the kind of professional hotel staff they used to have. Younger, and perhaps not as well trained or experienced.
Finally, coming back to the hotel in the afternoon, you could see that all the glass doors and windows, at the front of the lobby and the back entrance, were filthy. It looks like the windows hadn't been cleaned in many months.
I would just suggest to Marriott that you keep focused on the details - like honoring a comp, making sure back room staff talk respectfully to guests, and keeping the lobby clean - because that is what separates a good experience from a great experience. And let managers decide when to comp regular guests for inconveniences, not bean-counting auditors who worry about a guest getting more than one "free thing".

For the price and the brand, this hotel is pretty bad value. The rooms are dated, and the bathroom was not clean when I checked in (even paid extra for early check in). On top of that, breakfast isn't free, so I'm not really sure what you're paying for here. Location is alright I guess, but unless you need to stay right near the airport, I don't see a reason to choose this place.
