I recently had a very disappointing experience at Worldgate Cleaners. When I brought in my jacket, the old lady with purple hair at the counter was immediately rude and dismissive. She told me she couldn’t clean it because it was “too wrinkled,” which was absurd because the jacket looked perfectly fine. Feeling upset, I decided to try a different cleaners just down the road, and they took my jacket without hesitation. It came back looking beautiful.
What bothers me most is that the attitude this lady gave me felt personal. Either she simply didn’t want my business, or she may harbor prejudices, whether it’s racial or homophobic, because the way she treated me was blatantly unwelcoming. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I’m usually not one to leave negative reviews, but my experience at this cleaner really pushed me to speak up. I visited on Saturday to get a couple of items handled—one needed a simple zipper repair and the other was a quality white crop tee that I wanted properly cleaned. Instead of any helpful service, I got a dismissive attitude. She basically shut down my request for the zipper repair outright, which is fine if they don’t offer it, but the way she dismissed it felt pretty rude.
Then when it came to the t-shirt, she brushed it off as if it wasn’t worth her time. It’s not just a plain white tee to me; it’s a nice piece that cost me a decent amount, and her attitude basically made it clear she didn’t care. Today, when I went back with a jacket, the same dismissive vibe. It really feels like she just doesn’t want certain customers or certain types of work, and that’s not the kind of business I can recommend.
So if you value decent customer service and respect, you might want to look elsewhere. This place just didn’t deliver on that front for me.

$56 for 14 shirts. The quality isn’t that good. There’s a cleaners down the street that has better quality for almost 1/2 the price.

I have been going to this dry cleaners for many years for alterations to pants, suits, and jackets and the service is amazing. Also, the dry cleaning has been good too and I would recommend them. Some reviews mentioned the cost; however, I learned if you want quality it is usually a bit more expensive and worth it.

I stopped in to have three pairs of pants hemmed. The woman at the front counter was very quick and efficient. Pants were done on time and for a fair price. I appreciate the quality work and punctuality! I would absolutely return for any future tailoring needs.

I just want to say that this place has the best customer service ever. Their work is phenomenal. I do dry cleaning all the time at different places but this place was different. I was very happy how clean my suits were; they almost looked new. They were very organized and and even waited for me after the shop was closed to make sure I get my suites. Thank you so much for everything!

Ours are wrong. Went to the cleaner for them to be close trying to get errands done and as usual another business that says they're open when they're not I give them a one star rating for this reason because of the time taken out of my day to go get something done on a work week.
