I was trying to find CVS near my new home, and this one had a very unfriendly staff. I was telling a customer in line how much I loved CVS care pass and the cashier rudely attempted to correct me about the benefits I've been receiving for months & months. Asked for help with finding something & was totally ignored & then shoulder shrug by same cashier. They need staff training bad at this one. I will drive further to another CVS before I put up with rudeness or just switch to Walgreens.

I've used this pharmacy for years because it was convenient. However, the past 3-4 years they have gotten horrible. They lie to me about insurance coverage (I've had to have a three way call with the pharmacist and my insurance company to prove this), lie about medications being discontinued (they weren't), lie about contacting my doctors for refills (they don't).\\n\\nI don't know what is going on here, but on a monthly basis I've had to argue with them to get my narcolepsy medicine refilled, which I need to be able to work and drive. This is a horrible pharmacy if you rely on a prescription.

I have been waiting for almost 5 days on my sons results for his covid test. Recently CVS changed their lab company and now is using Labcorp which was the worst dec they could have made. I use to would have our covid results back in 1/2 days. Never again!!!!!

Pharmacy tech needs to check her attitude. Pharmacist was nice and able to resolve my issue but the pharmacy technician apparently needs a refresher on basic customer service

The customer service is terrible. They all seem to have a very bad attitude. I was forced into this store when my pharmacy closed but I'll be moving on.

I have been customer here for several years, Recently stopped in for routine prescription refill. Note that I was sole customer in store. Had difficulty attracting attention of pharmacy staff even after short wait. Did not receive the customer service expected. Poor service. Ignored..
