Great price and a genuine guy!! Had him repair a broken engagement ring cut a necklace turn the cut part into a bracelet and repair a pendant. The pendant was to close fit to the chain and broke. Went back and he repaired the pendant and widened the whole free of charge. This is where I will go for any jewelry repair!!

This is the only place I go to for repairs. The owner is super polite and so is his son. I have never had a problem getting my jewelry back on time and I have had rush items from getting a Jade ring sized to a white gold engagement ring it's never a problem.

I took in 5 Pieces of jewelry to be fixedI Purchase a necklace. Went back for my jewelry ? The nice lady agreed with me about what the Jeweler received. The jewelry said he had to send my pieces out to be fixed. The jeweler is no where to be found. He has my bracelet and hoop earringsI paid him in full for the repairYes. Bracelet and earrings paid in full for the repair. I want my Jewelry back. Since 11/12/2021.

The owner is a nice dude, but not a good business owner. It doesn't matter how long you been in business, you really should have a back up in place, if your absent, I cant do business that way. Especially if you know you have health issues, cant promise customers a time and no show or no note on the door, no respect for our time . Then told me the value of what's important to my family and fussed with me when he was dead wrong . They do good work, I guess, when they're open, won't return. Act like they dont need customers so I guess they're good.

My experience was good when I have batteries replaced in my watches..But when my husband tried to purchase a wedding band for my ring .celebrating being cancer free.he was no were to be found..we will be contacting our lawyer soon.How could you do that to my husband and me.

They are super friendly. I've been there once before and the lady that works there remembered me. When I came back to pick up my stuff she actually greeted me by name. I will definitely recommend them.
