Today was my first experience with this branch. I walked in at 4:50-4:55p.m.A gentleman by the name Alexander was not only helpful but stayed 30 mins late to help me get my issue at hand resolved. I'm not sure if Wells Fargo knows it but this young man is a superstar and his customer service skills & patience are exactly what's needed in today's banking industry.

The teller there is very nasty and rude. I went for Notary Services because I am new to this bank. There is only one person working the desk and she yelled at me and told me to make another appointment. I am sorry I joined this bank! WORST SERVICE EVER.. DO NOT BANK WITH THEM.

I dislike leaving bad reviews, but feel this is necessary. Every time I come in here, there is one person working. There are other people working but not helping. This is ridiculous. You have to wait forever for someone to help you. Avoid if possible! Go to a Wells Fargo that cares!

Today July 19th around 3:48 the gentleman cahsing my check, doing a check Verification on a Lil $500 check, Like reallyTaking all this wasted TimeDef. Wasting my time waiting ‼️I'm a contractor not a conman.While I'm waiting he asks me what's the reason for the check ??, ummm I'm a Tile contractorI know we at 20 mins of being in bank now to cash a $500 check ??♂️

I use to be able to go to my atm and get a few dollors under overdraft protection for five years now all of a sudden it is cutting me off from doing that but they cant tell me why Moving on Any suggestions for a better bank?

One car in the drive thru, waited about 15 minutes, no sign of assistance, so just went around to the atm. Touch free service was not working at either atm, taking my business elsewhere.

I have had to use a banker recently for several different reasons. Dante` has always been professional yet personable everytime I have needed him. He has gone to the extremes to make sure I got the help I needed. He is very knowledgeable. He even notices me and speaks if I walk in or drive up. An asset to Wells Fargo at the Airport location.

I've been banking here for a few years now and I never have any negative interactions with employees or guests at the bank their ATMs work properly and aren't dirty to touch great customer service from everyone especially the ladies working here always going the extra mile for me I truly appreciate yall and I enjoy banking here. I pass other locations to use my home town location and see the people I know and have a working relationship with. Thank yall.

if i could give this bank 0 starts I would. The tellers are so careless and don't know how to multitask. Recently for the SECOND time they remove money from the wrong account and make ruin my balance. i give the my business card and they take money out of my personal account. why does that make sense? once is fine, i understand people make mistakes but twice in the same year???? CARELESS.
