The pharmacy technicians are extremely nice and helpful here. I felt bad for them the day I went in to wait for my medicine and had to listen to other customers yelling and cussing at them. They do a great job despite what they have to deal with.

I was staying overnight in Hillsville and stopped here. Found everything I wanted (it's a good sized store) and had a very nice cashier. It's a good place to stop before or after eating at The Mason Jar behind it.
