  Since when did the pharmacist start deciding when and how much medicine should be given to a patient? When did they start speaking for the surgeon that prescribes the medicine? I won't be back. Worst pharmacy in this area! I will be turning these people in. They need to be investigated.

  Absolute worst pharmacy I have ever been to. The pharmacist literally refused to fill my prescription because he didn’t agree with the heart medication that I was prescribed. He said that he would have to speak with the Dr. When my wife called my doctors office and got the nurse on the phone he accused her of lying saying “ I don’t know who you have on the phone”. So we had the nurse call him. He then told us that he knows more than my Dr! Needless to say we will not be back!

  We moved to this area about 2 years ago and started using CVS for our pharmacy needs. To say that they have been amazing is an understatement!! As my husband says “They are pure gold!” 5 stars is not enough to express what an amazing group they have at CVS in Hillsville, VA! They have gone above and beyond starting with Autumn contacting Medicare about some medications we should have been receiving for free and had been paying a very high price for the past 17 years! Their knowledge, service, caring and concern is phenomenal! They always take time to look into any issues (and they are always extremely busy), never once showing any impatience. Thank you so much to the staff at CVS in Hillsville, VA for making every experience and interaction with you so positive!
