The store is tidy, well-organized, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Prices are generally competitive, with the exception of meat, which is still cheaper than at Walmart. While the store can get incredibly busy, especially for the residents of Fancy Gap and Hillsville, the staff is always willing to assist customers and ensure a timely delivery of any out-of-stock items.
