“I come here daily to drop of lots of packages. Not once have they complained or gave me the annoyed look. They have the sweetest ladies working there. I would choose this PO over any of the others. They deserve more then a 5 star :)”

“I am writing to commend a member of your staff at the Harrisonburg, VA branch. Her name is Nancy, and I can't tell you how much she helped me when I was trying to locate a letter that was marked as delivered but was not in my mailbox.
Nancy went above and beyond to assist me, taking the time to investigate the issue and keeping me informed throughout. Thanks to her persistence, the letter was eventually located.
Without Nancy's help, I would have had no choice but to contact the relevant authorities or USCIS to request a replacement EAD, which would have been both time-consuming and stressful.
Nancy is a real asset to the USPS, and you should be very proud to have her on your team. Please pass on my sincere thanks and appreciation for the outstanding service she provided.
Thank you.”

“Everyone who works here is always wonderful and friendly, no matter what. Even during the busiest times!
Today I went to collect mail because of a closed PO Box, and the clerk, Rhonda, remembered my box number and me. It reminded me why I love the Friendly City!”
