I ordered food online. My son went and picked it up. When I opened my bag, it was the wrong order. I called spoke with a manager. I went and picked up what I thought was just my sandwich. These wonderful sheetz members remade my whole order. Great service!

I like that this sheetz has the pay at the pump option where you can use your phone for the transaction. That was nice. The entrance and exits are a bit hazardous as people of course use this as a cut-through to beat the light and fly through the parking lot. The drive thru was open when it first opened but has since had cones blocking it off for the last month or so- not sure of the reason. Overall, just another typical sheetz.

I stopped in and got gas and used the ATM and bathroom typical Sheetz no problems. Pretty Clean store 🏬 Easy in and out. I always stop at Sheetz you know what to expect.

I came by earlier today to use the restroom, while I was using the restroom a cleaning crew involving 2 men entered the room, they were aware of me and one other woman in another stall but continued to clean the stalls around us, wait for us to be done and clean our stall all while we were still in the room. This is absolutely unacceptable, not to mention there were 2 women with them…why couldn’t they clean the bathroom themselves? Not sure. My husband spoke to a man at front desk as well.

Went in to use the mto. And food preparation was fast. And food counter associate was very nice. Also very clean and presentable. Would definitely recommend.

My first visit to the new store was okay I guess no issues got gas and a few items. Second visit was good got a coffee and a few things. Third visit was a disaster got gas and then went inside to get a coffee and a few items. Touched the coffee screen and it read needs cleaning. Touched the next coffee machine screen and it looked normal choose cold or hot coffee. Touched the screen and nothing happened, touched it again several times and nothing happened. I give up I said no employees around to ask for help. When I went inside two employees were going outside and a few others were just standing around doing nothing in the food court area. Then I went to the register to checkout and no one was there, they were outside doing nothing. They came in after they saw me standing there waiting. The time of my third visit was around 3:00am and according to the hiring sign they pay them more money per hour than the other shifts. One of my other visits was also at 3:00am but I had no issues finding an employee to check me out, also the coffee machine was working that morning and another coffee machine was in a cleaning cycle. It looks to me like someone needs to make a list of thing to do when the store is not busy, like check coffee machines, check the bathrooms for cleanliness and paper supplies, sweep and mop the floors, check for trash in the parking lots and check the trash cans, wipe the handles and knobs of all the doors with a sanitary cleaner with germ and virus killing formula cleaner. Wipe off gas pump nozzle handles and all the tables and chairs in the food court area. Wipe off the counters at the registers and wipe all cooler door handles and counters at the coffee and drink areas. Okay every door in the store that gets touched by a customer or employee needs to be cleaned and wiped off all day long 24 hours a day 365 days a year. That might keep some employees busy when the store isn’t busy.

Pumps are soooo slooooow, lane and drives are toooo tight compared to other Sheetz, the pump cancelled the transaction with my rewardsz of 5 cents off, couldn't get that rewardz back and entrance access and exit options ARE HORRIBLY DANGEROUS!!!!! We will NOT be back.

as much as I love Sheetz this place is so slow. As I’m watching them make others food. They’re using dirty utensils. I told them I didn’t even want my food anymore and ask for a refund 🤦🏽♀️
