I like Truist. I came from Ashland were customer service was an A. I’ve been to this branch a few times other than it’s service is polite it’s very slow.

I've had nothing but trouble with the downtown location. They're dreadfully slow at the drive thru window, and they're always short-handed when it comes to manning the 2 lanes. They suggest going inside, but there's the same lousy service there too. I'll be looking for better alternatives.

We went thru the drive thru to make a deposit. The teller was friendly and personable. She was able to help me with the transaction quickly & even gave me a few lollipops foe the road. I appreciate service with a smile. I will definitely be back.
