The Best Western Plus Hopewell Fort Lee is a well-reviewed hotel that offers a comfortable and convenient stay for its guests. The staff is praised for their excellent customer service, with one reviewer describing the morning staff as a "little rock star" who went above and beyond. The hotel's breakfast is also a highlight, with a variety of options and high-quality food that is well-presented. While the hotel has a pool, it has been out of service for years, which some guests found disappointing. To address this, the hotel could consider adding a trash can with an ashtray near the side door to prevent litter around the picnic table and parking lot. Overall, the Best Western Plus Hopewell Fort Lee provides a good value for the price, with spacious and clean rooms, modern amenities, and a great location for those visiting the nearby military base. The hotel's efforts to keep the building modern and clean are evident, and many guests were pleasantly surprised by the quality of their stay.
Location is ideal, with everything you need close by. There is a WaWa's across the street which is convenient. AC in the room was finicky, only running for a little bit before turning off. The breakfast was basic, but nice for a quick bite in the morning.

I stayed one night, to see a concert in Richmond. It was significantly less staying here than in the city, plus free parking. The room was clean, and pretty quiet, the A/C worked, the lady at the front desk was kind, the breakfast was acceptable. Wish the pool was working.

Clean and decent.. I can't just stay anywhere while traveling , it has to be clean. This one works.
