Dollar Tree is located in a shopping center with plenty of parking, though the lot can be chaotic. The store offers items for $1.25 each and is known as a place where you can find affordable art and craft supplies, especially for holiday decorations, without spending a lot of money. However, customers frequently note the store is often cluttered and disorganized. Reviews consistently report very unfriendly staff, with no welcome or greeting from cashiers, leading to poor customer service. Experiences with hiring information have also been contradictory. Many customers find they end up spending more than intended, but leave disappointed by the service.
The better of the Hopewell locations in my opinion. Has more options, and generally always stocked. Also doesn't have all the higher priced items I'm now seeing at other locations for $10+. Basically turning them into a dollar general vs a dollar tree.

The staff is so nice and is always helpful! Their products are so nice for all sorts of events, parties, and daily items! It was a really good experience shopping here and I really hope that they keep this staff! They are so nice and generous to their customers! 😇

I don't think anyone recovers that store. Great products but it's junky.
