“Customer service wasn’t the greatest. I used their website to order flowers to be delivered on my moms birthday (July 5) and it went through fine. She didn’t get the flowers until the 6th. I called and the lady I spoke with said they were closed on the 5th. I told her that their website let me choose the date and she acted like “oh well”. Asked her around what time they would be delivered and she said I don’t know, we are waiting for flowers to be delivered. I guess they need to fix their website to not allow certain days to be chosen for delivery. I was disappointed because it was my moms 8-Th birthday and she’s in the hospital.”
“I needed to order flowers for a funeral for someone and I live a long way from the service site. I called Flowergirl Florist Studio and was greeted with kind, patient and knowledgeable service. They went above and beyond and even sent me a picture of the arrangement. I highly recommend this this florist. Definitely 5 stars!”
