Inconsiderate people, very disrespectful, I will never rent from this company. They need to be shut down because they clearly do not take their “business” seriously. Please I advise everyone do not rent from here!

I visited the website looking for rental property. The site was easy to navigate, and I found the little they had to offer in the way of rentals. My friend called trying to make an appointment to go look at one place and was refused. Told to watch the virtual tour and, if interested, submit an application. I guess if you have to rent, you aren't worth their time. Funny, there must be money in rentals, or they wouldn't manage them. One would think they would treat people better. I refuse to use anyone from this agency for a home purchase or rental for this reason.

My mother is trying to relocate to Virginia to be near me and I was being a liasion for her. She was trying to rent an apartment from them for $800. With SSA and widow benefits from the military she qualified for 3x the amount not even including her job which is going to let her work remotely. She has been denied twice because they found a "better candidate". One of those apartments was on their website for over 3 months. They took 2 weeks each time to review the apartment application and only hold your application for 30 days. So her 30 days are up. I was only contacted after I reached out to them, which is very unprofessional.

I was very pleased with my experience with Ingram & Associates. I was looking for a house for rent and they went above and beyond. The process was smooth and I appreciated it. There is a manager there, I believe her name is Ms. Scott, who goes above and beyond and she has been so helpful and wonderful.

I thought they were going to be nothing but trouble when they took over the property I reside at. However, they have been nothing but a blessing. Any issues get solved immediately and there have been many times they have worked with me on my rental payments during struggling times. Just make sure the lines of communication are always 100%. I actually love them way more than my previous property manager who let the place get so bad due to non fixtures or cheap workers. Thank you Ingram. Special shot out to Mikalah.

I highly recommend this rental company. I have been renting an apartment from them for 2 years now and anytime I call about an issue, they fix it asap. The staff is very friendly an welcoming!
