Liberty Tax provides fast and professional tax service. Staff are described as lovely, great, and very nice people who care about their clients. They are quick, get the refund done, and answer all questions while educating throughout the process. The experience is pleasant and awesome, leading to high recommendations. Some note the fee is way too high, but clarify this is separate from the excellent service received. Many clients plan to return next year.
Mr. Kevin did a great job on my taxes. Again thank you. I am grateful you were able to reschedule my appointment. The reason I changed it from 1pm to 11am was because that time was commanded of me not ask, if that make sense.
