All my experiences at Pearson Tire and Auto have been positive. Whether it’s an oil change or an issue with a tire, their staff takes care of it promptly. Staff is friendly and prices are reasonable. I will definitely be back.

I’ve been coming to Pearson‘s for let’s say almost 3 years now and their customer service is always impeccable. They greet as soon as you come through the door. It’s just a great vibe when you come into the building I come in there to get my car inspected they’re just so thorough with everything.

Do not take your car to these people again I repeat do not take your car to these people they will fail your inspection for the smallest thing and try to charge you an arm and a leg to fix it on the spot or they're going to put a rejection sticker on your car do not take your car to these people they are biased if you know you know

Called in the evening to have a leak addressed. They were able to get me in for the next morning. Problem was fixed the problem within an hour. Will definitely be using them in the future!

I needed inspection I called Pearson Tire & Auto Services around 4:15 the receptionist told me to come in by 5:00pm. My car was immediately attended too, was inspected by qualify mechanic and was finished less than a half an hour. Thank you Jesus. The staff are pleasant.

I have used Pearson Tire & Auto for at least a decade and remain pleased with them. I usually make an appointment in advance, and have been thankful for competent and reasonably priced service. I depend on my car, and am thankful for Pearson Tire & Auto. I have only good words about Pearson Tire & Auto, and am glad to be able to recommend them.

I came here for an alignment because my car was pulling to the right. Booking online was very convenient and drop-off was easy, and everyone else I interacted with was polite.
My main concern was with the woman who handled the estimate. When I explained my budget, the tone changed quickly and I felt pressured rather than helped. Once I agreed to a number, that seemed to be the only focus, not clearly explaining what work would be done.
I thought I was getting one new tire and an alignment, but it ended up being two new tires and no alignment. If I had known beforehand, I would have chosen a more budget-friendly option, replacing the tire with the most damage there and handling the other elsewhere. That would have kept me within the budget I had already explained.
Since then, one of the new tires has squealed at low speeds, but I’ve been reluctant to bring the car back because I don’t want to repeat the same uncomfortable process of unclear communication and paying for work I didn’t agree to.
The shop clearly has good reviews overall, but my experience with the lack of transparency and flexibility left me feeling uneasy.
