Stay away from this pharmacy at all costs. They’ve messed our prescriptions up in the past, but were easily corrected so we overlooked it. This time, however, the pharmacist made a mistake that’s made it impossible to get my medication for a few days. I’ve already switched my medication to Walgreens because of the issue. The pharmacist tried to put blame on both the insurance company and my doctors office, which resulted in formal complaints being filed with the Rite Aid corporate office. The pharmacist even went so far as to tell my doctor’s medical assistant that I can no longer have my prescriptions filled at this location. I’m almost certain I was treated this way because the medication is an ADHD medication that’s a controlled substance. Never come here.

If I can give a 0 rating, I would. The pharmacy is not helpful at all. I went here to see if I can fill my prescription that was sent to the other rite aid down the road but their pharmacy is closed today. I went back twice or trice to talk to the male guy at pharmacy and all he said was he can’t do anything about it and I should just wait for the other pharmacy to open tomorrow when I politely told him that I needed this prescription today. I won’t recommend this pharmacy at all.

I called at 1:10pm on Sunday. The recording said that lunch starts at 1:30. Phone went off the hook. So, I called after work. 5:45pm. Recording said the pharmacy closes at 6pm. I thought I was in luck. Phone went off the hook. I hung up and tried again 1 minute later and the phone menu did not start. No answer. These people value take breaks and close before they are supposed to. What's the reason a person cannot call during business hours?

Not even a one star. Me and another person stood in line for 15 minutes waiting on our prescription. As soon as it was our turn, we were told that because it’s 7pm, we couldn’t get our prescriptions. They just helped 4ppl in front of us. The cashier was smug in her response. 7/5/23 @ 7:01pm. If that was the case, they could have told us while we were waiting that because of the time to come back but no they watched us wait. Very disrespectful and not a good look on your business. Whoever worked your pharmacy during this day and time was very unprofessional and for that I’m switching pharmacies!

When they tell you that your meds aren’t covered, be sure to check with another pharmacist. I called today and the woman told me that my insurance didn’t cover it. I asked her to check my other insurance and let her know that I have 2. She said neither of them covers it. Distressed I asked her “is there anything they can do?” She raised her voice and said “MAAM YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR IT!” I’m glad I didn’t listen to her. I called my insurance and they notified me that she never even ran my insurance and that it was covered. Called back and a completely different, far less rude pharmacist told me that it is indeed covered. Somebody is going to mess around and pass away with all the misinformation. Please do better! This isn’t the first issue I’ve had with them. Even down to not giving me all my medication that I was prescribed, missing pills etc. I’ll most likely switch to the other location.

I had dropped off my prescription last week and was told I would be enrolled in a text message program, so I would be notified when the medicine is ready to be picked up. While I was there, one of the pharmacist was complaining about why so many people were quiting their jobs there. I found that to be completely unprofessional. Today, I get a call saying they needed my insurance information again. I told the person that I was speaking with that I had given it to the pharmacist last week while I was there. The person on the phone was the same woman complaining about her job. I did not like her attitude and I told her that I had remembered her from last week. She said she sounds like other people and there are so many others who work there and asked how would I know. This was my first and last time using the pharmacy at this place.

Giving even one star is being to nice to say. I come in this store usually everyday to withdraw money from the store's ATM. While leaving today, a manager chased after me and in the parking lot, rudely accused me of stealing... apparently a week ago from now at that. Claiming to have camera footage but intensely refusing to show myself or anyone else... I was also threatened with police being called and arrested.... I am deeply upset by this and will be contacting corporate along with a lawyer! This is false accusement which is a crime btw... I will fight this any and every way due to I will not to punished for something I did not do!!!

Emergency room sent my prescription to rite aid for me having a asthma attack The Lady named Milly gave me the run around about my insurance saying i have HMO instead of running my medicaid number in & verifying it.then when did she said it would be after 5 pm before i can get it because they were packed & backed up from people waiting on vaccines unless i came in the store in which i did and to my surprise nobody was here waiting on anything & i mention where were the people she lied & said walking around the stothe whole time re when the store was empty

I waited 15 min inside, and another 15 min in drive through. Neither persons working at 1910 hrs on 2 Nov 22, saw me. Not Moppy head nor the guy with the earring said hello , welcome, nor hang in there buddy we'll be right there. I'm a 65 yo white guy and ate this Rite Aid and I don't count.

Have tried to set up appointment online for the past 3 days for flue and COVID shot. Unable to get it established. Called Rite aid pharmacy spoke with Nikki, and she was unhelpful and rude . She stated to call corporate if I was having trouble with the website, refusing to set up appointment for me over the phone. Not very customer friendly .?
