This could be higher rating is due to my experience today. A person who just moved to an apartment under Affordable housing,diagnosed with Osteoarthritis,gets monthly income&no car shouldn't catch a Lyft to plus from here due to really needing a charger but willing to upgrade their current phone just to not be able to purchase anything! I didn't have my bank card with me. Man said they can't type my card information in. My mom got the card because she been helping with moving by purchasing things needed. I wasted time,energy&money. In 2023 y'all can't type card information in?! Money y'all are losing!

wish I had picked a better company the clerks customer service is beyond poor very sarcastic the phones and service suck also

They helped me get my phone on the EBB program, which is a govt program that will temporarily pay your phone bill if you qualify. I had qualified, but it wasn't working and their phone and internet cs was not helpful at all. The worker had it up and running in 5 minutes.

To say this isn't a Boost store, shouldn't be considered a negative comment, it would simply be agreeing with the owners exact words in answer to questions about Boost products, services, promotions, pricing, responsibility or any ability in absence of desire to assist Boost customers, which in fairness to the owners statement are not the same as people who purchase Boost products and services from whatever this retail space, which is entirely plastered with exclusively Boost mobile signage and uniform color scheme corporate identifiers, should rightly be called. I thought about asking the owner what the retail space should be called, then remembered the piece of paper with Boost mobiles phone number on it which I was handed in answer to my other questions, thought better of it and walked away.

Always helpful and knowledgeable... Doesn't overcharge and act all bougee like the other boost store across hopewell near pg. I really don't like those guys

I was having issues with my S9. After several attempts texting boost mobile I decided to stop in and see if they could resolve the issue I was having. They took the time to fix the problem I had and I am pleased with the service they provided me.
